How fast do you reply?
Complete RFQs are normally answered within one business day (GMT+8), or with specific questions if a line needs clarification.
Do you provide mill test certificates?
EN 10204 3.1 MTC with the required chemistry and mechanical results and heat-number traceability can be included when specified and agreed. Confirm the document type, reported results and any additional verification before order release.
Can you quote from a drawing?
Yes. Email the PDF or CAD, mark critical dimensions and tolerances, state grade and quantity.
Is there a minimum order?
Depends on form and size; small trial orders are reviewed case by case rather than rejected by rule.
