Titanium wire and welding filler selection
Titanium wire RFQs should separate welding filler, precision wire and thermal-spray feedstock because the grade, governing reference, supply form and surface controls differ. State the end process before choosing a straight rod, coil or spool route.

Wire is drawn to order, with minimum quantity and lead time confirmed after the grade, diameter, condition, packing format, quantity and document scope are reviewed. Welding wire to AWS A5.16 can be supplied as straight rods or spooled on request.
Wire ordered to ASTM F136 (Ti-6Al-4V ELI, UNS R56401) for surgical-implant material applications, fine diameters and special surface requirements is scheduled after the applicable testing and inspection scope is agreed. Coils or spools are tagged with the heat number when required by the ordered specification and purchase order, preserving the link to the applicable mill test certificate. Price follows grade, diameter, surface condition, packing format and quantity.
MOQ, stock and export scope: Minimum quantity, stock position, packing and lead time are confirmed in the quotation after the RFQ is reviewed.
