Accessories

Titanium flanges, fittings, fasteners, heads and connection parts for pipework, vessels and equipment assemblies.

The accessories category includes titanium and non-ferrous metal parts used alongside piping systems, chemical equipment, heat exchangers, pump and valve assemblies, electrochemical systems and custom industrial projects. Products may include pipe fittings, flanges, fasteners, tube sheets, formed heads, agitator shafts, connection parts, hardware and drawing-based items that do not fit into a single standard product family. Because accessory parts often connect to larger equipment, RFQs should include material grade, standard or drawing, dimensions, thread or flange details, quantity, surface condition, inspection documents and packing method. For custom items, application notes and mating-part dimensions help avoid wrong assumptions about fit, sealing face, bolt pattern or welding preparation. Small parts should still keep material identification, heat number reference and packing protection when traceability is required by the buyer.

Choose the titanium accessory route by assembly function

The six product cards above are separate RFQ routes, not one interchangeable accessories family. Start with the part's connection, containment, fastening or rotating function, then define the mating dimensions, material, drawing and inspection scope that control technical review.

RouteUse this route whenRFQ inputs to defineProduct page
Grade 2 titanium flangeThe purchase requirement is specifically a Grade 2 flange rather than a mixed-grade or drawing-only flange inquiry.Material specification, flange type, NPS or DN, pressure class or rating basis, face, bore, bolt pattern, mating detail, drawing, quantity and inspection documents.Grade 2 flange
General or multi-grade titanium flangesThe RFQ covers another titanium grade, several flange styles, a custom machined flange or a project-specific dimensional system.Grade, material standard, flange type, dimensional standard or drawing, size, rating, face, bore, bolt pattern, quantity and acceptance scope.Titanium flange family
Titanium pipe fittingsThe piping item is an elbow, tee, reducer, stub end, cap or another defined fitting rather than a flange.Grade, ordered material standard, fitting type and angle, NPS or DN, schedule or wall, end preparation, dimensions, quantity, inspection and documents.Titanium pipe fittings
Titanium fastenersThe assembly needs bolts, nuts, screws, washers, studs, threaded rod or a drawing-based threaded component.Fastener form, grade and material specification, thread standard, diameter, pitch, length, head or nut style, surface or installation requirement, quantity and inspection scope.Titanium fasteners
Elliptical or spherical formed headsThe component closes or forms part of a vessel or equipment shell and is controlled by a head profile and fabrication drawing.Head type and profile, inside or outside diameter, thickness, straight flange, crown and knuckle geometry, grade, drawing and design basis, forming condition, quantity and inspection scope.Titanium formed heads
Drawing-based agitator shaftThe requirement is a forged or machined rotating shaft for mixing equipment, including defined coupling and impeller interfaces.Process medium, temperature, speed and torque or power data, shaft diameter and length, end connections, runout or balance requirement, grade, drawing, quantity and inspection documents.Titanium agitator shaft

Engineering and quotation boundary. Material suitability, flange or fitting rating, design-code compliance, vessel-head geometry, fastener load, thread behavior, fit, sealing, shaft performance, tolerance, inspection, documents, quantity and schedule are confirmed only after the complete drawing and service data are reviewed. This category does not promise universal interchangeability, a universal standard, pressure rating, minimum quantity or lead time.

Send the product route, grade and ordered standard, mating or assembly dimensions, service conditions, drawing, quantity, inspection and document scope.

Accessories RFQ questions

Which Accessories grade should be specified?

Select the grade by service medium, strength requirement, forming or machining route and any buyer drawing. Common options in this category include Gr 2, Gr 5, Gr 7, Gr 12.

Which standards apply to Accessories RFQs?

The purchase order should state the applicable material or project standard. Typical references for this category include ASTM B381, ASTM B363, DIN / ISO, PMI / MTC.

What information should be sent for quotation?

Send grade, standard, dimensions, tolerance, quantity, surface condition, application, destination and required documents such as MTC or EN 10204 3.1.

Specification detail with sources

ASME B16.5 sits behind most flanged accessories before any material question arises, rating flanged joints from NPS 1/2 through 24 across seven pressure classes from 150 to 2500, while the flange or forged body itself is bought as material to a specification such as ASTM B381 for titanium forgings. One accessory therefore carries two claims at once, a dimensional standard from the equipment side and a material standard from the metallurgy side, and an RFQ that names both saves a round of clarification.

Beiyu supplies accessory items with the base material drawn from the range its own mill documentation covers, titanium bar from 1 to 500 mm diameter, plate from 0.5 to 70 mm thick and seamless tube from 5 to 325 mm outside diameter, while drawing based finished parts are quoted strictly against the buyer’s drawing and named standard. Before quotation Beiyu reviews grade, standard, dimensions, tolerance, surface condition and inspection scope, and released parts follow the same closeout as mill product, marking, weighing and packing with MTC and EN 10204 3.1 under heat number traceability by order scope.
