Beiyu supplies seamless and welded titanium tube and pipe for heat exchangers, condensers, chemical service and industrial piping. ASTM B338 applies to condenser and heat-exchanger tube, ASTM B861 to seamless pipe and ASTM B862 to welded pipe; the ordered product form and project specification control the final scope. Send grade, outside diameter, wall thickness, length, tolerance, quantity, straight or U-bend requirement, application and destination. State hydrostatic, eddy-current, ultrasonic, cleaning, end protection and certificate requirements only when the PO requires them. Beiyu supplies seamless and welded titanium tube and pipe in commercially pure and alloy grades. State outside diameter, wall thickness, length, grade, standard and manufacturing route so the quotation follows the correct tube or pipe specification.

Grades: Grade 1, 2, 5, 7, 9, 11, 12, 16, 17 and 23.
Standards: ASTM B338 for condenser and heat-exchanger tube, ASTM B861 for seamless pipe and ASTM B862 for welded pipe. Use an ASME-adopted edition only when the purchase order cites it.

Tube and pipe minimums are confirmed after the grade, outside diameter, wall thickness, length, seamless or welded route, quantity and inspection scope are reviewed. A quoted Grade 2 program to ASME SB-338 and SB-862 used a 20 to 25 day production lead time; large diameters, tube bundles and other standards are scheduled per order. This is a quote-based reference, not a universal service level.
Wall thickness can be specified as nominal or minimum wall thickness (MWT). State the convention on the RFQ because it changes weight and price. The inspection plan can include eddy-current or hydrostatic testing when applicable to the product type and required by the ordered standard and purchase order.
- Grade 2 heat-exchanger tube is commonly ordered to ASTM B338 or ASME SB-338.
- Seamless pipe to ASTM B861, welded pipe to ASTM B862 and full tube bundles are planned by project.
- NPS and schedule 10S, 40S or 80S dimensions may be specified by agreement using the applicable dimensional table.
Material or its bundle is marked or tagged with the heat number when required by the ordered specification and purchase order, preserving the link to the applicable mill test certificate.
MOQ, stock and export scope: Minimum quantity, stock position, packing and lead time are confirmed in the quotation after the RFQ is reviewed.
