Pump and Valve
Titanium pumps, valves and wetted components for chemical, seawater, brine and chlor-alkali service.
The pump and valve category covers titanium and corrosion-resistant metal components used in chemical processing, seawater service, brine handling, electrochemical equipment and industrial fluid control. Products may include titanium valves, titanium ball valves, titanium pumps, valve bodies, pump parts, impellers, shafts and drawing-based components where material compatibility is important. RFQs should specify fluid medium, concentration, temperature, pressure, connection standard, sealing requirement, drawing or model reference, material grade and inspection scope. For replacement pump or valve parts, photos, dimensions and original drawing details help confirm fit, corrosion allowance, machining requirements and packing protection for sealing or machined surfaces. If the part will be exposed to slurry, chloride solution or acid service, the service condition should be stated before grade selection is finalized.

Titanium Valve | Corrosion-Resistant Valves for Chemical and Seawater ServiceTitanium valves for chemical processing, seawater, brine, electrochemical and industrial fluid systemsView & RFQ > Choose the titanium pump or valve route by fluid duty
The three product cards above are distinct RFQ routes. Start with the equipment type and corrosive-fluid duty, then define the operating conditions, connections, sealing and inspection scope that govern material and configuration review.
| Route | Use this route when | RFQ inputs to define | Product page |
|---|---|---|---|
| Centrifugal or chemical process pump parts | The requirement is a titanium pump, casing, impeller or drawing-based wetted component for corrosive liquid handling. | Medium and concentration, contaminants, temperature, required flow and head, pump type, titanium grade, sealing requirement, drawing, quantity and inspection documents. | Titanium process pump |
| Titanium ball valve | The shut-off route is specifically a ball valve for chemical, chlor-alkali, seawater or other defined process-fluid service. | Valve size, pressure class, end connection, titanium grade, seat and seal material, medium, temperature, drawing, quantity and inspection scope. | Titanium ball valve |
| General titanium valve | The RFQ is for a gate, globe, butterfly, check or other valve type rather than the dedicated ball-valve route. | Valve type, size, pressure rating, connection standard, material grade, sealing material, medium, temperature, drawing and required documents. | Titanium valve types |
Engineering and quotation boundary: Titanium grade, corrosion suitability, pressure rating, hydraulic performance, seat and seal compatibility, connection standard, inspection or leak/pressure test, documents, quantity and schedule are confirmed only after the complete operating data, drawing and purchase requirements are reviewed. This category does not promise a universal grade, pressure class, test plan, minimum quantity or lead time.
Send equipment and valve type, medium and concentration, contaminants, temperature, flow/head or size/pressure class, connections, sealing, drawing, quantity, inspection and document scope.

Which Pump and Valve grade should be specified?
Select the grade by service medium, strength requirement, forming or machining route and any buyer drawing. Common options in this category include Gr 2, Gr 7, Gr 12, Wetted parts.
Which standards apply to Pump and Valve RFQs?
The purchase order should state the applicable material or project standard. Typical references for this category include Pressure class, Seat/seal by medium, Leak test, MTC / 3.1.
What information should be sent for quotation?
Send grade, standard, dimensions, tolerance, quantity, surface condition, application, destination and required documents such as MTC or EN 10204 3.1.

Specification detail with sources
ASME B16.34 is the pressure temperature backbone for valves, rating flanged, threaded and welding end designs across standard classes from 150 to 4500, and the titanium bodies inside those ratings are typically cast to ASTM B367, whose grades include C-2, C-3 and C-5 with C-2 mirroring wrought Grade 2 chemistry. Wrought internals answer to different numbers, ASTM B348 for stem and shaft bar and ASTM B381 for forged bodies and bonnets, so a single valve can legitimately carry three ASTM material claims plus a B16.34 class.
Beiyu supplies the wrought side of pump and valve builds from its documented range: stem and shaft bar from 1 to 500 mm diameter in lengths to 6,000 mm with tolerance held to h6 through h9 by order, plate from 0.5 to 70 mm for wear and sealing plates, and seamless tube from 5 to 325 mm outside diameter for column and sleeve work. In Penn’s 15 years of titanium export experience, replacement trim is the request that most often arrives without the original material certificate, so Beiyu asks for the service medium and operating temperature before matching one of the four grades it most often quotes for wetted parts, Grade 2, Grade 5, Grade 7 and Grade 12, and ships the selected material with MTC and EN 10204 3.1 by order scope under heat number traceability.
