Do you machine and fabricate to our drawing?

Yes. We CNC-machine titanium and metal-alloy parts and fabricate equipment such as heat exchangers, tube sheets, agitator shafts, pumps and valves to your drawing or specification. Send the drawing, material grade and quantity for a quotation.

Which materials do you work in?

Commercially pure and alloy titanium (Grade 2, Grade 5 / Ti-6Al-4V and others), nickel alloys, and refractory metals where the service requires them. We confirm the most suitable material from the operating temperature, media and pressure.

What about corrosion service like chlor-alkali?

Titanium pumps, valves and chemical equipment are commonly specified for chlor-alkali, bleaching and seawater service for their corrosion resistance. Share the media, concentration and temperature and we recommend the grade and any coating.

What should an RFQ include?

Part or equipment type, material and grade, drawing or dimensions with tolerance, quantity, applicable standard, destination port and certificate package (mill test certificate, EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2, and any NDT). Drawings speed up quoting for machined and fabricated items.
