For titanium, Grade 2 suits corrosion service, Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) high-strength parts, and Grade 23 (ELI) medical applications. Nickel and refractory metals cover higher-temperature and specialised chemical duties. Send the application and we confirm the most suitable material.

Common requests include ASTM B348 (bar), B265 (plate), B338 (tube), AMS 4928 and AMS 4911 for aerospace titanium, plus ASTM B-series standards for refractory metals. Confirm the applicable standard on the RFQ and we match the grade and certification.

Material and grade, applicable standard, product form, dimensions and tolerance, surface or supply condition, quantity, destination port and the certificate package required (mill test certificate, EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2, and any ultrasonic or PMI testing). A drawing helps when parts are machined to finished size.

Yes. Beiyu makes custom forgings and machined parts to the buyer's drawing or specification and supplies fabricated equipment to drawing, alongside standard mill forms. Titanium forgings are supplied to ASTM B381, and the Beiyu supply ranges list rolled titanium rings from 50 to 2000 mm outside diameter, 10 to 900 mm inside diameter and 20 to 400 mm high. Beiyu supplies titanium round bar from 1 mm to 500 mm diameter in lengths to 6000 mm. Send the drawing or specification with the grade, standard, quantity and certificate level, for example EN 10204 3.1, and we confirm what can be made and quote it.
