Titanium Foil Suppliers: Five Company Pages Compared

Titanium foil and strip coil roll product form

Titanium foil pages use different lower thickness limits, widths, grade lists and definitions of foil versus strip or thin sheet. A broad grade table may not apply to the thinnest gauge. This comparison records five company pages and keeps thickness, width, temper, surface, edge, package form and specification on separate RFQ lines.

How the five titanium foil pages were selected

We checked titanium foil supplier ultra thin and titanium strip foil manufacturer ASTM B265 on 1 September 2026, followed by targeted company-domain checks. Eligible results were accessible first-party pages or company-hosted literature with an explicit titanium foil route. Beiyu, marketplaces, directories, duplicate domains and pages limited to ordinary sheet or plate were removed. Sequence preserves the dated discovery set after those exclusions and carries no quality score.

Fields published on five company-owned titanium foil sources
Company page Grades or standards stated Published gauge/width fields RFQ check before comparison
AMETEK Hamilton Precision Metals Grades 1, 2, 4 and 9 with grade-specific ASTM/AMS references CP strip 0.0005-0.025 in to 12 in wide; foil as thin as 0.00006 in / 1.5 µm to 4 in wide Which grade, gauge, width, temper and standard can be supplied together? Ignore the apparent Grade 2 tensile-table typo
Ulbrich Titanium Grades 1, 2 and 4 From 0.01 mm thick to 35 mm wide; annealed through full-hard and bright-to-dull wording Return the actual alloy, temper, surface, edge, width and current minimum order for the requested gauge
TSM Technology Summary names Grades 1/2 and ASTM B265/F67; later table expands the grade list Summary: 0.03-0.5 mm × 50-600 mm; later table: 0.005-1.0 mm × width to 1,000 mm Which range, grade, product form and standard govern the quotation? Do not reconcile the two page sections silently
Chalco Titanium ASTM B265; Grades 1, 2, 4, 5, 9 and 23 in grade-specific rows Different printed thickness and width ranges for each grade Confirm the exact grade/gauge/width combination, condition, tolerance and present production route
Stanford Advanced Materials Grades 1 and 2 and ASTM B265 Custom sizing and a page/search thickness field Return current minimum thickness, width, tolerance, temper, surface and coil or sheet form in writing

The ranges above belong to different pages and cannot be merged into a market-wide capability envelope. Even on one page, the widest product may not be available at the thinnest gauge, in every grade or in the requested temper.

Gauge, width and temper must describe one deliverable

Boundaries to resolve before comparing foil prices
Boundary Controlled RFQ field Risk if omitted
Foil, strip or thin sheet? Contractual product form, thickness and governing product specification Suppliers may use different commercial labels for the same nominal gauge
Which alloy and condition? Grade/UNS, annealed or other temper/condition and required properties A dimension row can be copied across grades that use different production windows
Which finished geometry? Thickness/tolerance, width/tolerance, edge, camber and coil ID or sheet length Nominal gauge alone leaves the usable width and handling form unresolved
Which surface? Finish, cleanliness, visual limits, protective interleave and inspection method “Bright” or “smooth” without an acceptance reference is not a measurable requirement

For electronics or precision parts, handling can matter as much as nominal thickness. State whether the material will be stamped, etched, laminated, welded or used as an electrode/current collector, then define edge condition, coil winding, interleave, core, maximum coil weight and contamination controls that are actually required.

RFQ line Buyer input Required supplier return
Identity Grade/UNS, product form, governing specification and revision Exact alloy, condition and standard on quotation and certificate
Gauge and width Finished thickness/width with tolerances and required usable width Achievable combination, measurement basis and out-of-tolerance rule
Temper and surface Condition/temper, finish, roughness or visual requirement, cleanliness and interleave Production finish, inspection method and acceptance reference

Where Beiyu fits

Beiyu is outside the five-company set. Its Grade 1 foil-roll and Grade 5 foil/thin-sheet pages are separate enquiry routes. Each quotation is checked by grade/UNS, specification, thickness, width, condition, surface, edge, delivery form, quantity, packing and document scope.

The two product pages do not create one shared grade-and-size envelope or a stock promise. A requested gauge is confirmed together with width, temper, tolerance and order quantity before it is accepted.

How to use this comparison

Filter first by the required grade and gauge/width combination. Send the survivors one controlled order line, including temper, surface, edge and package form. Compare price only after usable dimensions, tolerance, minimum quantity, inspection, documents and production basis are the same.

Specification detail with sources

Beiyu Titanium publishes this list and is not part of the comparison above. For readers who want the publisher’s own figures on the same basis they would ask of any supplier on this page, the material is specified to ASTM B265, and each order carries an EN 10204 type 3.1 certificate with heat and pour numbers by order scope.

Beiyu supplies foil 0.02 to 0.3 mm thick in widths to 600 mm, and sheet from 0.5 mm upward in widths to 1500 mm.

These are Beiyu published supply figures and inspection parameters, not limits taken from the standard; limit values belong to ASTM B265 and are confirmed against the exact edition named on the purchase order. Certification is stated as a production capability, and no stock position, delivery time or price is implied by any figure on this page.
