Titanium welding wire is a filler-metal purchase, not a generic titanium-wire enquiry. The order must connect an AWS A5.16 ERTi classification to the approved weld procedure, base materials, process, diameter, package and cleanliness controls. Five company-owned pages met this comparison rule.
How the five company sources were selected
We froze the query titanium welding wire suppliers manufacturers AWS A5.16 ERTi on 1 September 2026. Eligible sources were company-owned filler-wire pages exposing an ERTi class, welding specification, process form, dimension or certificate field. Beiyu, geographies excluded by site policy, marketplaces, directories, third-party lists and pages limited to non-welding ASTM B863 wire were removed. The sequence below is dated discovery order after exclusions, not a supplier score.
A public page can identify a likely supply route. It cannot prove the allocated lot, current schedule, final inspection result or suitability of material not yet produced or assigned. Those points remain dated quotation fields.
Company pages that met the rule
| Company source | Page role | Visible fields | RFQ check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chalco Titanium | AWS A5.16 filler page | ERTi-2, ERTi-5 and ERTi-23 examples; straight rod and coil/wire formats; grade and diameter tables | Return one ERTi class, process, diameter/package, surface condition and lot evidence |
| Standard Titanium | Filler rod and wire page | AWS A5.16 and ASTM B863 labels; coil, spool and straight forms; grade/form dimension table | Keep the welding-filler classification separate from a generic wire product standard |
| Weldtool Technologies | Welding rod/wire catalogue | Named AWS classifications and AMS mappings by product | The direct request returned 406; reconfirm the current item, classification and availability |
| Titanium Industries | Grade 2 weld-wire page | AWS A5.16-13 ERTi-2 and AMS 4951 labels with service-centre quality statements | Bind the quoted stock or mill route to diameter, form, heat/lot and certificate |
| Yunch Titanium | ERTi product-family page | ERTi-1/2/5/7/12 labels; AWS A5.16; straight, spool and coil forms | Do not reuse contradictory grade descriptions; require the offered class and chemistry in writing |
The sources mix filler classifications, base-metal wire standards, straight TIG rod and spool/coil formats. Those are not interchangeable lines. A comparable quotation names the ERTi classification first and then holds process form, diameter, package, surface cleanliness, traceability and document return constant.
Match the filler class to the approved weld procedure
| Decision | Choices visible in the source set | Required written return |
|---|---|---|
| Filler identity | One AWS A5.16 ERTi classification | Classification and chemistry tied to heat/lot evidence |
| Welding process | TIG/GTAW cut length, MIG/GMAW spool or another approved form | Process-compatible form, diameter and packaging |
| Base-material match | Drawing/WPS base grades and service conditions | Written compatibility return without silently substituting a base-metal grade |
| Wire behaviour | Straightness for rods; cast/helix and feed for spool wire where specified | Measured acceptance method, limits and sampling |
| Cleanliness | Bright surface, controlled handling and sealed protection | Cleaning route, contamination control and final packaging |
An ERTi label is not interchangeable with an ASTM titanium grade number. The welding engineer or approved WPS controls filler selection. The supplier should return the exact classification, chemistry, form and lot documents instead of translating between labels that only look similar. Incoming control should keep filler away from carbon-steel grinding dust, shop oil, fingerprints and damaged sleeves. Record the sealed package identity before rods enter a clean tube or spool wire enters the feeder. Storage, handling and purge practice belong to the fabricator’s weld-control system; a clean supplier package cannot compensate for contamination introduced after opening.
A page conflict is a verification prompt, not a finding that a company cannot supply the item. Preserve the observed conflict, request a clean technical return and make the purchase order control the final identity, geometry, responsibility and acceptance route.

Send one controlled RFQ
| RFQ line | Buyer input | Supplier return |
|---|---|---|
| Procedure basis | WPS/PQR reference, base grades, process and shielding requirement | Offered filler classification and stated exceptions |
| Form and size | Straight rod or spool/coil, diameter, rod length or spool package | Finished dimensions, tolerances and packaging identity |
| Surface | Clean, bright, lubricant/residue limits and handling | Cleaning route and protected packing method |
| Feed controls | Straightness or cast/helix when process-critical | Method, limit, sample and result |
| Documents | CoA/MTC, heat/lot traceability and requested test results | Document index tied to every package |
| Commercial | Quantity by class/size, required date and destination | Current availability, schedule, validity and exceptions |
Remove any source that cannot return the exact material, deliverable, finished geometry and acceptance evidence. Compare commercial terms only after the technical lines, responsibility boundary and document scope are aligned.
Where Beiyu fits
Beiyu is outside the five-company set. Its welding-wire route accepts AWS A5.16 ERTi enquiries for straight TIG filler rods and spool/coil wire and asks for classification, process, diameter, package, surface condition, quantity, traceability and certificate requirements. Final filler selection remains tied to the approved welding procedure.
The fields in this section describe only Beiyu’s published enquiry route. They do not score the companies above and do not transfer to another company’s catalogue.

Specification detail with sources
Beiyu Titanium publishes this list and is not part of the comparison above. For readers who want the publisher’s own figures on the same basis they would ask of any supplier on this page, the material is specified to ASTM B863, and each order carries an EN 10204 type 3.1 certificate with heat and pour numbers by order scope.
Beiyu supplies straight wire 0.8 to 6.0 mm diameter, coil wire 0.8 to 12 mm, and spooled wire 0.01 to 6.35 mm.
These are Beiyu published supply figures and inspection parameters, not limits taken from the standard; limit values belong to ASTM B863 and are confirmed against the exact edition named on the purchase order. Certification is stated as a production capability, and no stock position, delivery time or price is implied by any figure on this page.
