Alloy 600 purchasing starts with UNS N06600 and the flat-product form. A page may group plate, sheet, strip, bar and tube under one alloy name even though they use different product standards and supply routes. Five company-owned sources met this review; public application or temperature language is discovery context, not a lot acceptance value.
How the five company sources were selected
We froze the query Inconel 600 plate supplier UNS N06600 ASTM B168 on 1 September 2026. Eligible sources were company-owned Alloy 600 pages that exposed plate or flat product plus an identity, standard, thickness, size, stock or processing field. Beiyu, geographies excluded by site policy, marketplaces, directories, third-party lists and pages limited to another nickel alloy or non-flat form were removed. The order below records discovery after exclusions and is not a supplier ranking.
A public page can identify a likely supply route. It cannot prove the allocated lot, current schedule, final inspection result or suitability of material not yet produced or assigned. Those points remain dated quotation fields.
Company pages that met the rule
| Company source | Page role | Visible fields | RFQ check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Magellan Metals | Sheet and plate page | UNS N06600; ASTM B168 and AMS 5540 labels; multiple published product forms | Return the actual flat form, condition, size, processing and certificate scope |
| Continental Steel | Alloy family page | Plate/sheet/strip plus separate bar and tube/pipe standards; B168/SB168 mapping | Do not carry a bar or tube standard onto the plate order |
| Sandmeyer Steel | Plate-specific stock page | Published plate thickness and processing/size context; ASTM B168/SB168/AMS 5540 | Reconfirm the allocated size, condition, cut route, edge and testing on the quote |
| Rolled Alloys | Alloy 600 page and data sheet | Plate/sheet imagery with B168, B166 and B167 product-standard split | Bind N06600 and B168 flat product to the offered line and lot evidence |
| NeoNickel | Multi-form alloy page | N06600/2.4816 and multiple ASTM product-form labels including B168 | Confirm the offered form, thickness, width/length, condition and current supply |
The useful distinction is not which page uses the strongest service language. It is whether the quotation returns the same N06600 flat-product form, governing standard and condition, with a size and processing route that meet the drawing. Plate, sheet and strip still need to remain explicit.
Bind N06600 to one flat-product specification
| Decision | Choices visible in the source set | Required written return |
|---|---|---|
| Alloy identity | UNS N06600 / Alloy 600 | Heat/lot chemistry and traceability; no silent 601, 625 or 718 substitution |
| Product form | Plate, sheet or strip | Named form and applicable ASTM/ASME/AMS line |
| Condition | Annealed or another explicitly approved delivery condition | Condition, heat-treatment record where required and mechanical results |
| Finished size | Thickness, width, length and tolerances | Allocated or processed dimensions, flatness and dimensional report |
| Processing/surface | Mill plate, cut blank, sawn, waterjet or machined route | Edge, surface, marking, PMI and defect acceptance |
Website corrosion and temperature statements describe an alloy family in general terms; they do not establish the acceptance value for an unallocated plate. The purchase line should use the engineering design basis and then require the material identity, condition, dimensional and test evidence appropriate to that line. For processed blanks, state whether thickness and flatness are accepted before or after cutting and machining. Preserve heat identity through nesting, remnants and remarking; add rolling-direction orientation, cut-zone allowance, edge examination and positive material identification only where the drawing or quality plan requires them.
A page conflict is a verification prompt, not a finding that a company cannot supply the item. Preserve the observed conflict, request a clean technical return and make the purchase order control the final identity, geometry, responsibility and acceptance route.

Send one controlled RFQ
| RFQ line | Buyer input | Supplier return |
|---|---|---|
| Identity/specification | UNS N06600 and exact flat-product standard/edition | Offered form, standard and stated exceptions |
| Condition | Delivery and heat-treatment condition | Condition declaration and applicable test results |
| Size | Finished thickness, width, length, tolerances and flatness | Stock/processing route and measured dimensions |
| Processing | Cut/machined edge, surface, marking and residual allowances | Operation route and final inspection |
| Verification | Chemistry, mechanicals, PMI if required and EN 10204 document level | Lot-linked certificate and document index |
| Commercial | Quantity, required date, packing and destination | Current availability, schedule, validity and exceptions |
Remove any source that cannot return the exact material, deliverable, finished geometry and acceptance evidence. Compare commercial terms only after the technical lines, responsibility boundary and document scope are aligned.
Where Beiyu fits
Beiyu is outside the five-company set. Its Alloy 600 plate route asks for N06600 identity, governing flat-product specification, plate/sheet form, condition, finished size, tolerance, surface/edge processing, test and certificate requirements, quantity and destination. Current availability and the allocated producing source remain quotation fields.
The fields in this section describe only Beiyu’s published enquiry route. They do not score the companies above and do not transfer to another company’s catalogue.

Specification detail with sources
Beiyu Titanium publishes this list and is not part of the comparison above. For readers who want the publisher’s own figures on the same basis they would ask of any supplier on this page, the material is specified to ASTM B265, and each order carries an EN 10204 type 3.1 certificate with heat and pour numbers by order scope.
Beiyu supplies thin plate and sheet 0.5 to 3 mm thick in widths to 1500 mm, and heavy plate 3 to 70 mm thick in widths to 2500 mm, both in lengths to 6000 mm, with surface condition stated on the order.
These are Beiyu published supply figures and inspection parameters, not limits taken from the standard; limit values belong to ASTM B265 and are confirmed against the exact edition named on the purchase order. Certification is stated as a production capability, and no stock position, delivery time or price is implied by any figure on this page.
