Porous titanium pages often place powder-sintered plates, discs, tubes, cartridges and fiber felt under the same filtration heading. A micron figure alone does not make those products interchangeable. This comparison records five powder-sintered plate routes and exposes the filtration basis, porosity, dimensions, service limits and test method that still need written answers.
How the five porous titanium plate pages were selected
We checked sintered porous titanium plate supplier on 1 September 2026 and then verified current company-domain pages. Eligible results were accessible company-owned pages that expressly described a porous titanium plate, sheet or disc made by sintering. Beiyu, marketplaces, directories, duplicate domains, fiber-felt-only pages and pages without a plate/disc route were excluded. List order records the dated discovery set after those exclusions; it is not a supplier score.
| Company page | Published form/material | Page values recorded | RFQ check before comparison |
|---|---|---|---|
| TOPTITECH | Grade 1 powder-sintered titanium plate | 0.2-100 µm filtration, 35-50% porosity, maximum 500 mm format and listed thickness options | Return the filtration test basis, exact geometry and project pressure/temperature limit for the quoted item |
| BLUE Powder Metallurgy | Disc, sheet and cartridge routes | Filtration, thickness, porosity, pressure and temperature rows; conflicting 330 mm and 300 mm maximum sheet widths | Which width is current, and which printed values apply to the exact sheet rather than another form? |
| FILTURE | Commercially pure titanium plate route | 0.22-100 µm, maximum 600×400 mm, 0.5-20 mm thickness, 30-45% porosity; cutting/machining routes named | Confirm finished format, edge method, filtration test and whether the values can coexist on one quote |
| Filson | Sintered titanium filter forms | Greater than 99.4% titanium, 28-50% porosity and 0.2-100 µm published as reference values | Obtain material identity, form-specific dimensions, rating basis and accepted service conditions in writing |
| YUNCH | Round/disc sintered porous titanium page | Titanium content field and EN 10204 3.1/3.2 wording; a filtration table is labelled for stainless steel equipment | Do not assign that table to titanium without clarification; ask what a certificate reports and to which test basis |
The published ranges are company-page fields, not one shared specification. A nominal pore size, filtration rating and particle-retention result can be measured or defined differently. The buyer needs the test method and acceptance criterion, not just the smallest number on a catalogue page.
Separate construction, filtration basis and service limits
| Decision | Controlled RFQ field | Risk if omitted |
|---|---|---|
| Powder or fiber? | Powder-sintered plate/disc or fiber-sintered felt, with drawing | Different structures can be sold under the same porous-titanium label |
| What does “micron” mean? | Nominal or absolute basis, challenge material and required test method | Two identical numbers may describe different retention performance |
| Which structure? | Material identity, porosity target, thickness, pore/grade designation and any support layer | Porosity alone does not fix strength, flow or particle retention |
| Which service? | Fluid/gas, chemistry, temperature, differential pressure, flow and cleaning cycle | A page-level limit may not apply to the finished geometry or duty cycle |
Certificate language also needs a defined scope. An EN 10204 document type does not create a dedicated porous-product standard or prove a filtration result. Ask which chemistry, dimensions and functional tests will appear, what acceptance criteria govern them and how the report links to the delivered lot.

Send one controlled porous titanium plate RFQ
| RFQ line | Buyer input | Required supplier return |
|---|---|---|
| Product identity | Powder-sintered plate/disc, material/grade, support construction and drawing revision | Exact material, construction and manufacturing route |
| Filtration | Required rating, nominal/absolute basis, test method, challenge medium and acceptance | Measured result, method, specimen/lot linkage and tolerance |
| Geometry | OD or length/width, thickness, flatness, holes, edges, quantity and tolerance | Finished dimensions and cutting/machining method |
| Structure and flow | Porosity target, permitted pore-grade designation, flow/permeability test if needed | Quoted structural fields and test conditions without substituting a catalogue range |
| Service and cleaning | Fluid/gas, chemistry, temperature, differential pressure, cycle and cleaning/sterilization method | Accepted duty, limits, cautions and required validation |
| Documents and delivery | Chemistry, dimensions, functional tests, certificate type, packing, destination and date | Report contents, lot trace, lead time, validity and exclusions |
Where Beiyu fits
Beiyu is outside the five-company set. Its sintered porous titanium plate page is the powder-sintered route; titanium fiber felt has a separate product page. Quotations are checked by construction, material, filtration basis, porosity, geometry, service conditions, test scope, quantity and documents rather than by a generic “porous titanium” description.
The live pages do not make every pore, thickness, size and service combination a stock promise. A requested certificate is scoped to the fields actually tested and reported for the order.
How to use this comparison
Remove pages that cannot supply the required construction and finished geometry. Send the remaining companies the same filtration definition and test method. Compare price only after rating basis, structure, dimensions, service limit, testing, cleaning requirement, documents and lot trace are aligned.

Specification detail with sources
Beiyu Titanium publishes this list and is not part of the comparison above. For readers who want the publisher’s own figures on the same basis they would ask of any supplier on this page, the material is specified to ASTM B265, and each order carries an EN 10204 type 3.1 certificate with heat and pour numbers by order scope.
Beiyu supplies thin plate and sheet 0.5 to 3 mm thick in widths to 1500 mm, and heavy plate 3 to 70 mm thick in widths to 2500 mm, both in lengths to 6000 mm, with surface condition stated on the order.
These are Beiyu published supply figures and inspection parameters, not limits taken from the standard; limit values belong to ASTM B265 and are confirmed against the exact edition named on the purchase order. Certification is stated as a production capability, and no stock position, delivery time or price is implied by any figure on this page.
