A continuous titanium tube coil and a finished immersion heat-exchanger coil are not the same purchase. The finished assembly adds bend geometry, supports, connections, thermal duty, design conditions and post-form inspection. Five company-owned sources passed this review; the comparison focuses on what each page exposes and what still has to return on the quotation.
How the five company sources were selected
We froze the query titanium heat exchanger immersion coil supplier manufacturer on 1 September 2026. Eligible sources were accessible company-owned pages or company-hosted PDFs expressly covering titanium heating, cooling or immersion coils and exposing a configuration, dimension, sizing, connection or test field. Beiyu, geographies excluded by site policy, marketplaces, directories, third-party rankings and straight-tube-only pages were removed. The sequence is a dated discovery set, not a performance score.
A public page can identify a likely supply route. It cannot prove the allocated lot, final schedule, inspection result or suitability of material or equipment that has not yet been produced or assigned. Those points remain dated quotation fields.
Company pages that met the rule
| Company source | Page role | Visible fields | RFQ check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Titan Innovation | Coil-type exchanger page | Formed cooling-tube route, welding emphasis and company pressure-test statement | Return geometry, tube route, design conditions and test pressure/hold/acceptance |
| TITAN Metal Fabricators | Company-hosted immersion-coil guide | Grid, serpentine and U-coils; tank/heat-load inputs; sizing formulas for heating/cooling | The guide says formulas are not universal; require project thermal design and configuration |
| Yamaichi Special Steel | Titanium immersion-coil page | Hot-spring, seawater and brine contexts with example sizes and configurations | Examples do not establish project range; return medium, duty, pressure, connections and inspection |
| Titanium Tantalum Products | Company-hosted coil data sheet | Coil product context with company drawing/data fields | Convert the catalogue drawing into a signed project drawing and material/test schedule |
| RIC Tubes | Titanium tube-coil page | B338/SB338; Gr1/2/7/12; OD, wall, coil-diameter and length ranges; custom geometry | Confirm whether the deliverable is coiled tube or a finished, supported and pressure-tested exchanger coil |
The source set mixes thermal-sizing guidance, formed assemblies and coiled-tube capability. That is useful only if the purchase boundary is explicit. State whether the supplier is responsible for thermal performance, mechanical design, the complete supported coil, connections and testing, or only for forming tube to a buyer drawing.
Separate thermal duty from the fabricated coil drawing
| Decision | Choices visible in the source set | Required written return |
|---|---|---|
| Process basis | Heating/cooling medium, process fluid, chemistry, fouling and cleaning | Design input sheet with temperatures, flows, pressure and allowable drop |
| Responsibility | Supplier thermal design, buyer design or build-to-print | Signed responsibility matrix and calculation/drawing deliverables |
| Tube route | Grade, seamless/welded product route, OD, wall and condition | Applicable tube specification, material line and input certificate |
| Coil geometry | Grid, serpentine, helical, U or custom arrangement | Overall envelope, bend radius, pitch, legs, supports, connections and tolerances |
| Post-form acceptance | Visual/dimensional, NDE, pressure/leak and cleanliness checks | Method, extent, pressure, hold, criteria and records after fabrication |
A tube certificate can establish the starting material, not the quality of the finished bends, welds, supports or connections. The coil drawing should name the tube route and show every pressure-boundary detail. The inspection plan should then identify which checks occur after forming and welding.
A page conflict is a verification prompt, not a finding that a company cannot supply the item. Record the page as observed, ask for a clean technical return and make the purchase order control the final material, geometry, responsibility and acceptance route.

Send one controlled RFQ
| RFQ line | Buyer input | Supplier return |
|---|---|---|
| Duty and medium | Fluid chemistry, temperatures, flows, heat load, pressure drop and fouling basis | Thermal return and exclusions tied to the stated basis |
| Design conditions | Design/operating pressure and temperature; code if applicable | Mechanical basis and responsibility |
| Material/tube | Grade, tube standard/route, OD, wall, condition and traceability | Material line and certificate schedule |
| Geometry/connections | Coil type, envelope, pitch, bends, legs, nozzles, supports and installation limits | Signed drawing and dimensional report |
| Inspection | Weld/bend checks, NDE, pressure/leak test, cleaning and preservation | ITP, results and release dossier |
| Commercial | Quantity, spares, packing, required date, destination and site constraints | Schedule, contract boundary, validity and exceptions |
Remove any source that cannot return the exact material, deliverable, finished geometry and acceptance evidence. Compare commercial terms only after the technical lines, responsibility boundary and document scope are aligned.
Where Beiyu fits
Beiyu is outside the five-company set. Its current heat-exchanger coil route accepts Grade 2, 7 or 12 enquiries and asks for tube standard/route, OD and wall, coil diameter/height or full drawing, connections, medium, temperature, pressure, testing and documents. Grade and final inspection are selected against the project medium and drawing, not assumed from the product name.
The fields in this section describe only Beiyu’s published enquiry route. They do not score the companies above and do not transfer to another company’s catalogue.

Specification detail with sources
Beiyu Titanium publishes this list and is not part of the comparison above. For readers who want the publisher’s own figures on the same basis they would ask of any supplier on this page, the material is specified to ASTM B265, and each order carries an EN 10204 type 3.1 certificate with heat and pour numbers by order scope.
Beiyu supplies foil and strip 0.02 to 0.3 mm thick in widths to 600 mm, and sheet from 0.5 mm upward in widths to 1500 mm.
These are Beiyu published supply figures and inspection parameters, not limits taken from the standard; limit values belong to ASTM B265 and are confirmed against the exact edition named on the purchase order. Certification is stated as a production capability, and no stock position, delivery time or price is implied by any figure on this page.
