Titanium Pump Parts Suppliers: Six Company Pages Compared

Machined titanium impeller produced from a forged blank to ASTM B381

A request for “titanium pump parts” can mean a cast casing, a five-axis impeller, a shaft made from bar, a reverse-engineered wear item or a complete pump assembly. Those are different supply routes. This comparison records what six company pages actually expose and keeps the component, starting form, drawing, inspection and pump-duty questions separate.

How the six titanium pump-parts pages were selected

We checked the queries titanium pump parts supplier manufacturer and titanium pump impeller machining on 1 September 2026, followed by targeted company-domain checks. Eligible results were accessible company-owned pages that expressly named titanium or a titanium pump component. Beiyu, marketplaces, directories, duplicate domains and generic machining pages without pump-component scope were removed. The list preserves that dated discovery set after exclusions; it does not score the companies.

Fields published on six company-owned pump-component pages
Company page Published component scope Material or process fields recorded RFQ check before comparison
Toho Technical Casings, impellers, shafts and shaft sleeves for named chemical and water-treatment uses Titanium pump-parts page; the site describes its values as typical rather than guaranteed Which component, titanium grade, drawing, duty and acceptance plan are included in the quote?
Emnor Mechanical Casings, impellers, cover plates, sleeves and related replacement parts Titanium among materials; reverse-engineering, pattern/casting, machining and inspection steps are described Return the exact route from model/OEM data or drawing, including casting source and machining scope
Baoji Mingkun / BJMK Impellers, casings, shafts, sleeves, bushings, wear rings, covers and fasteners Grades 2, 5, 7 and 12; page-level machining, concentricity and roughness figures Which printed tolerance and finish apply to the submitted drawing rather than to a general capability row?
JenBro Manufacturing Pump bodies, impellers, covers, wear rings, bearing housings, couplings, shafts, sleeves and casings Titanium is one of several materials; CNC wire EDM, milling and turning are named Confirm the titanium grade, starting form, critical geometry and inspection available for this component
Owens Industries Titanium heart-pump/VAD impeller machining case Wire EDM, five-axis machining and micromachining in a medical-device example Do not infer industrial-pump supply; ask whether the exact regulated or industrial scope is accepted
West Titanium Open, semi-open and closed titanium impeller forms Grades 2 and 5 and a five-axis machining route are named Obtain drawing-specific tolerance, balancing, inspection, quantity and current production answers

The table does not turn one company’s process list into another company’s capability. It also does not establish that a component source supplies the hydraulic design, motor, seals, coupling, baseplate or test package for a complete pump.

Fix the component route before comparing tolerances

Four boundaries that change the quotation
Boundary Controlled buyer input Why it changes the quote
Casting, wrought blank or bar? Required starting form, grade/specification and permitted alternative The material route affects allowance, testing, tooling and traceability
New drawing or reverse engineering? Released drawing and model, or sample/OEM/model information with ownership permission Recreating worn geometry is not the same job as machining a controlled model
Hydraulic surface or fit? Critical profile, runout, concentricity, bore/shaft fit and surface-finish callouts A general machining tolerance does not control every functional feature
Static part or rotating part? Operating speed, balancing standard/grade when required and acceptance report An impeller can meet dimensions yet still need a separate balance requirement

Pump duty still matters even when the order is only for a component. Fluid composition, concentration, solids, temperature, pressure and cleaning conditions can change the alloy choice and inspection plan. The component maker should receive those limits without being asked to certify a complete pump duty it did not design.

Fields to keep identical across component enquiries
RFQ line Buyer input Required supplier return
Part identity Component name, pump make/model where lawful, drawing/model revision and quantity Exact quoted part and any reverse-engineering assumptions
Material Grade/UNS, starting-product specification, condition and permitted route Material identity, starting form, heat/lot trace and substitutions
Geometry Critical dimensions, fits, profile, runout/concentricity and surface callouts Drawing-specific capability, inspection method and report format
Service Fluid, composition/concentration, solids, temperature, pressure and speed where relevant Material/process exceptions and any information still needed
Verification PMI, chemistry/mechanical documents, dimensions, NDE and balance requirement when specified Inspection plan, acceptance criteria and heat/lot linkage
Commercial basis Prototype or production quantity, packing, Incoterm, destination and required date Tooling/NRE, unit basis, lead time, validity, documents and exclusions

Where Beiyu fits

Beiyu is outside the six-company set. Its titanium-pump page is the route for complete pump enquiries, while custom component work is reviewed against a released drawing and the required starting material. Fluid, duty, component type, alloy, geometry, inspection, quantity and document scope are quotation inputs, not proof that every combination is available.

If the enquiry covers only an impeller, casing, shaft or sleeve, the quotation should say so. A component quote should not be compared with a complete-pump quote until motor, seals, baseplate, testing, documentation and design responsibility are separated.

How to use this comparison

First remove pages that do not accept the required component or material route. Give the remaining companies the same drawing revision and service data. Compare price and lead time only after starting form, alloy, critical geometry, balance or inspection, tooling, documents and the boundary between part supply and pump-system responsibility match.

Specification detail with sources

Beiyu Titanium publishes this list and is not part of the comparison above. For readers who want the publisher’s own figures on the same basis they would ask of any supplier on this page, the material is specified to ASTM B348 and ASTM B381, and each order carries an EN 10204 type 3.1 certificate with heat and pour numbers by order scope.

Round bar runs 1 to 500 mm diameter in lengths to 6000 mm, and the precision ground route covers 3.175 to 25.4 mm diameter at +/-0.0127 mm. This item is quoted from the drawing rather than from a fixed size table, so the ordered dimensions, tolerances and acceptance criteria come from the drawing and the purchase order.

These are Beiyu published supply figures, not limits taken from the standard; limit values belong to the standards named above and are confirmed against the exact edition on the purchase order. Certification is stated as a production capability, and no stock position, delivery time or price is implied by any figure on this page.
