Method and comparison scope
This company-page selection was checked on 1 September 2026 and is due for review on 1 March 2027. We retained accessible company pages that expressly expose a titanium pump, titanium fluid end or a multi-brand titanium-pump route. A manufacturer and a distributor are labelled separately. Page claims are leads for an RFQ, not proof that a model suits a liquid. Pump type, duty point, liquid chemistry, temperature, pressure or head, solids, wetted-material schedule, seal or drive arrangement and delivery boundary must all be fixed before offers are comparable.
| Company page | Role shown | Useful published fields | What the quotation must clarify |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tsurumi | Pump manufacturer | TM submersible seawater-pump family, titanium/resin construction, vortex impeller, discharge-bore and motor ranges, plus curve/data/drawing links. | Current delivery specification, actual duty curve, cable/motor details and the complete wetted-material schedule. The page warns that specifications may change. |
| Parker Sea Recovery / Village Marine | Manufacturer-hosted brochure | Titan Series positive-displacement high-pressure pumps for reverse-osmosis service, with titanium pump heads/fluid ends and named models. | Live model and bulletin status, flow/pressure point, drive, fluid end, spares and what the larger watermaker brochure does, and does not, include. |
| Idrochemical | Pump manufacturer | Horizontal, vertical and vertical in-line centrifugal families; chemical-service framing; a visible titanium-pumps route and customized materials. | Exact series, hydraulics, wetted alloys, seal plan and applicable test standard; the home page is not a complete titanium model matrix. |
| HydroMecor | Manufacturer / supplier | Corrosive-service titanium-pump framing, several configurations and project-input fields. | Quoted configuration, duty curve, metallurgy, acceptance test and evidence for any service-life or suitability statement. |
| AxFlow | Distributor / application page | Several titanium pump types and named families for corrosive or high-chloride liquid handling. | Actual OEM and model, material schedule, warranty party, commissioning boundary and local supply responsibility. |
Do not compare a pump by material name alone
A titanium casing does not make two pumps equivalent. One page describes a submersible vortex pump, another a high-pressure positive-displacement fluid end, while other pages frame chemical centrifugal duties. Start with the hydraulic and installation problem, then confirm which components are titanium and which elastomers, shafts, fasteners, bearings or seals remain exposed.
| Boundary | Question to settle | Evidence to compare |
|---|---|---|
| Hydraulic duty | Required flow, total head or discharge pressure, operating window and NPSH conditions. | Certified curve with the quoted model, speed, impeller or displacement and fluid correction. |
| Liquid and operating state | Composition, concentration, contaminants, temperature, density, viscosity, vapour pressure and solids. | Written suitability response tied to the stated liquid and upset cases. |
| Wetted construction | Every casing, impeller, shaft, sleeve, fastener, seal and elastomer in contact with the liquid. | Section drawing and bill of materials with alloy grades, not “all titanium” shorthand. |
| System boundary | Bare pump, pump/motor, baseplate, coupling, controls, cables, spares, testing and commissioning. | Scope matrix and exclusions attached to the commercial offer. |

Send one controlled titanium pump RFQ
A process datasheet is more useful than asking for a “titanium pump” price. Issue the same duty and liquid data to each candidate, state which deviations are permitted and make the performance-test basis part of the offer.
| RFQ field | Minimum entry | Do not leave as |
|---|---|---|
| Service | Normal, minimum, maximum and upset flow/head or pressure points; operating hours and starts. | One nominal flow without a system curve or operating range. |
| Liquid | Full composition, concentration range, pH if relevant, temperature, solids and cleaning fluid. | “Corrosive chemical” or “seawater” without limits. |
| Construction | Required titanium grade by component, seal/elastomer requirements and prohibited materials. | “Titanium pump” without a wetted-parts list. |
| Interface | Nozzle sizes/classes, orientation, motor power/voltage, controls, cable, base and dimensional limits. | Catalogue model alone. |
| Acceptance | Hydraulic test standard, witnessing, material records, NDE, preservation, spares and warranty. | “Factory tested” without acceptance points or records. |
Where Beiyu fits
Beiyu’s titanium pump enquiry page is the route for a complete-pump requirement. If the scope is instead an impeller, shaft, casing or other drawing-controlled component, use the separate pump-parts company-page comparison. The two scopes should not be priced as if they were the same purchase.
How to use this comparison
First eliminate pages whose pump type cannot meet the hydraulic or installation duty. Then compare the surviving offers line by line, including every exclusion. Beiyu’s guide to comparing titanium quotations helps normalize scope, and the supplier-vetting checklist covers identity, records and pre-order evidence.
Related Beiyu pages
The four internal pages linked above separate equipment, component, bid-tabulation and due-diligence decisions. Revisit the company pages at the next review date and ask for the current controlled datasheet before treating any model description as orderable.
Published by Beiyu Titanium. This article compares five company-owned pages that discuss complete titanium pumps or a titanium-pump supply route. It is not a performance ranking. Sequence records the frozen discovery order; Beiyu is outside the compared set.

Specification detail with sources
Beiyu Titanium publishes this list and is not part of the comparison above. For readers who want the publisher’s own figures on the same basis they would ask of any supplier on this page, the material is specified to ASTM B348 and ASTM B381, and each order carries an EN 10204 type 3.1 certificate with heat and pour numbers by order scope.
This item is quoted from the drawing rather than from a fixed size table, so the ordered dimensions, tolerances and acceptance criteria come from the drawing and the purchase order.
These are Beiyu published supply figures, not limits taken from the standard; limit values belong to the standards named above and are confirmed against the exact edition on the purchase order. Certification is stated as a production capability, and no stock position, delivery time or price is implied by any figure on this page.
