Method and comparison scope
We retained accessible company pages that expressly expose a complete titanium valve and at least one buyer-verifiable field. A titanium forging, valve body or hydraulic machined part did not qualify as a complete valve. Page-published types, sizes and standards create questions for the RFQ; they do not prove that every material, class, end and approval can be combined.
| Company page | Role shown | Useful published fields | What the quotation must clarify |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jonloo Valve | Valve manufacturer | Titanium ball valve, NPT ends, pneumatic actuation, 4–20 mA input, design/test references and body/bore options. | One coherent datasheet: the page combines NPT wording with flange/face-to-face standards, so ends and applicable clauses need confirmation. |
| North Steel | Manufacturer / supplier | Ball, stop and check valves, multiple titanium grades and a stated 1/2–8 inch range. | Design/test basis, pressure class, ends, body/trim/seat/packing and model-specific range; the page contains unrelated bar copy. |
| Freeman Valve | Valve manufacturer / supplier | Ball valves, design/test references, titanium material identifiers, DN15–DN300 entries and connection/rating fields. | Which standard route applies to the selected model and the complete wetted-material, seat, packing and pressure-temperature schedule. |
| Kevin Steel | Taiwan valve manufacturer | Two-/three-piece, forged, flanged and multiport ball-valve families; threaded, socket-weld, butt-weld and flanged ends. | Model-specific titanium construction, pressure/temperature data and approvals; site-wide approval logos do not establish every configuration. |
| Modentic | Taiwan valve manufacturer catalogue | One-/two-/three-piece models, reduced/full bore, ANSI Class/PN/psi families and page-stated size examples. | Selected model, titanium grade, trim, seat/packing, ends, actuation and test record; the catalogue also lists non-titanium material rows. |
A valve is a duty and materials schedule, not a body label
“Titanium valve” does not say whether titanium is used for the body only or for every wetted metallic part. Nor does it define valve type, bore, end connection, pressure class, seat, packing, actuation or fail position. Compare candidates only after the process duty and the complete material schedule are frozen.
| Decision | Why it matters | Evidence to request |
|---|---|---|
| Valve type and duty | Isolation, throttling, check and control duties require different geometry and operating data. | Process datasheet with fluid, concentration, contaminants, temperature, pressure and cycles. |
| Wetted materials | A titanium body can still contain non-titanium stem, ball/disc, fasteners or springs. | Tagged sectional drawing and complete body/trim/seat/packing schedule. |
| Class and ends | NPT, socket weld, butt weld and flanges change pressure basis and installation. | Design standard, class/PN, end standard, face-to-face and flange/neck details. |
| Actuation and test | Torque, fail action, signals and leakage acceptance define a usable assembly. | Torque basis, actuator sizing, fail position, accessories and test procedure/report. |

Send one controlled titanium valve RFQ
Issue one tagged datasheet and require each seller to return it with deviations marked. Do not compare a bare manual valve, an actuated assembly and a body forging as if the delivery scopes were equal.
| RFQ field | Minimum entry | Common ambiguity |
|---|---|---|
| Service | Fluid composition, concentration, solids, temperature, normal/design pressure and required function. | “Corrosive liquid” without chemistry or operating envelope. |
| Valve construction | Type, bore/port, size, class/PN, body pattern, face-to-face and ends. | Size only, without end or pressure basis. |
| Materials | Titanium grade for body and trim plus ball/disc, stem, fasteners, seat, packing and gasket materials. | “All titanium” without a component schedule. |
| Operation | Manual/actuated, torque basis, power/signal, fail action, position indication and accessories. | Actuator brand without sizing or fail position. |
| Inspection | Material records, pressure/shell/seat/leakage tests, PMI/NDE where required and tagged report package. | API/EN name without the applicable test and acceptance details. |
Where Beiyu fits
Beiyu’s titanium ball-valve page and industrial titanium-valve page are transactional destinations for complete-valve enquiries.
How to use this comparison
Normalize duty, valve type, complete wetted materials, class/ends, actuation and tests first. The pump-parts company comparison remains a component-machining screen, while Beiyu’s Grade 12 ball-valve forgings page is a clearly different raw-forging route.
Related Beiyu pages
The four Beiyu links above keep complete ball valves, broader industrial valves, pump components and valve forgings separate. Recheck each company page on the next review date and require model-specific evidence for any printed approval or range.
Published by Beiyu Titanium. This page compares five company-owned titanium valve pages. It is a sourcing snapshot, not a quality ranking. Sequence follows the frozen discovery method; Beiyu is not part of the compared set.

Specification detail with sources
Beiyu Titanium publishes this list and is not part of the comparison above. For readers who want the publisher’s own figures on the same basis they would ask of any supplier on this page, the material is specified to ASTM B381, and each order carries an EN 10204 type 3.1 certificate with heat and pour numbers by order scope.
Forged ring and disc stock covers OD 50 to 2000 mm, ID 10 to 900 mm and height 20 to 400 mm; finished geometry is quoted from the drawing. This item is quoted from the drawing rather than from a fixed size table, so the ordered dimensions, tolerances and acceptance criteria come from the drawing and the purchase order.
These are Beiyu published supply figures, not limits taken from the standard; limit values belong to the standards named above and are confirmed against the exact edition on the purchase order. Certification is stated as a production capability, and no stock position, delivery time or price is implied by any figure on this page.
