Alloy 625 Plate Suppliers: Six Company Pages Compared

Inconel 625 alloy plates on wooden pallet with kraft paper packaging - high-strength nickel alloy for marine and offshore use

An Alloy 625 plate enquiry needs more than the alloy name. Supplier pages mix sheet and plate, several specifications, different heat-treated conditions and live stock selectors. This comparison records what six first-party pages expose and turns the missing fields into a common RFQ.

How the six Alloy 625 plate pages were selected

We froze the query Alloy 625 plate suppliers manufacturer ASTM B443 on 1 September 2026 and checked current company-domain plate pages. Eligible results were accessible company-owned pages that expressly named Alloy 625 / UNS N06625 plate or sheet. Beiyu, marketplaces, directories, list articles, duplicate domains and pages restricted to another form were excluded. Company order reflects the dated discovery set after those exclusions, not product merit.

Fields published on six company-owned Alloy 625 plate pages
Company page Page content recorded Identity and standards stated Published dimensions RFQ check
Nicorex Alloys Sheet-and-plate page with condition discussion N06625; ASTM B443 / ASME SB443; two ASTM conditions discussed No consolidated range used here Which condition, plate dimensions and current stock or mill route are quoted?
Magellan Metals Sheet and plate RFQ page N06625; ASTM B443, AMS 5599 and AMS 5869 Sheet 0.010-0.156 in; plate to 4 in thick Return width, length, condition and the one standard that governs the quoted line
Sandmeyer Steel Nickel-alloy plate page with dimensions N06625; ASTM B443, ASME SB443 and AMS 5599 named 3/16-3 in thick; common widths 60, 79, 96 and 120 in; lengths vary Confirm the actual heat, width, length and thickness available when the quote is issued
NeoNickel Multi-form alloy page with dynamic availability fields N06625 / 2.4856; B443 among several form-level ASTM entries Size choices are presented dynamically Which displayed size, form and certificate condition are reserved for this enquiry?
Rolled Alloys Alloy page with plate/sheet forms and location selector N06625; ASTM B443 Grade 1 and AMS 5599 among listed references Available sizes depend on the live selector Return exact plate size, location, condition and whether the material is allocated
Special Metals Company-hosted alloy bulletin N06625; plate/sheet/strip mapped to ASTM B443 and other references No commercial stock envelope used here Use the bulletin for identity/form reference, then obtain a commercial availability answer separately

The presence of ASTM B443 on a page does not finish the specification. The order still needs the alloy/UNS, the required condition, flat-product form, dimensions and acceptance documents. A live size selector is a search aid, not evidence that material remains reserved.

Condition, form and dimensions must stay separate

Four boundaries that prevent false plate comparisons
Boundary Controlled RFQ field Risk if omitted
Alloy identity Alloy 625 / UNS N06625 and any project designation A trade name or generic “625” can be copied without fixing the certificate identity
Condition The exact condition class required by the governing specification and returned by the supplier Quotations may describe the same alloy in different heat-treated states
Sheet versus plate Required form, thickness, width, length, tolerance and flatness A combined sheet/plate page may publish different envelopes and processing routes
Stock versus production Heat number, location, available dimensions, reservation period or mill route A current web selector can change before a purchase order is placed

Do not compare a sheet quote with a plate quote solely by thickness. Ask each supplier to state the contractual product form and standard on the quotation, along with any cut-size processing and flatness basis.

Fields to keep identical across supplier enquiries
RFQ line Buyer input Required return
Identity and standard UNS N06625, ASTM B443/ASME SB443/AMS route and revision Exact alloy and one governing acceptance document
Condition Required heat-treated condition and any project temperature basis Condition printed on quotation and later MTC
Geometry Plate or sheet, thickness, width, length, flatness, tolerance and quantity Finished dimensions, mill tolerances and cut allowance
Processing and surface Full plate or cut blank, cutting method, edge, surface and downstream forming/welding notes Processing route, tolerance, inspection stage and exclusions
Inspection Chemistry/mechanical tests, PMI, dimensional report, UT or other NDE when specified Test schedule, acceptance criteria and heat/lot linkage
Commercial basis Required date, destination, Incoterm, packing and document type Stock heat or production route, lead time, quote validity and certificate scope

Where Beiyu fits

Beiyu is outside the six-company set. Its live Inconel 625 plate page accepts UNS N06625 enquiries to ASTM B443 / ASME SB443 or AMS 5599 when specified. Condition, thickness, width, length, flatness, cutting, surface, quantity and documentation are reviewed before quotation.

The live page does not turn a web range into a stock commitment. Required inspection and documentation items are included only when stated in the quotation and purchase order.

How to use this comparison

Filter the pages by required standard, condition and dimensions. Ask the survivors for the same controlled order line and a current stock-heat or production answer. Compare price and lead time only after form, heat treatment, geometry, inspection and document scope match.

Specification detail with sources

Beiyu Titanium publishes this list and is not part of the comparison above. For readers who want the publisher’s own figures on the same basis they would ask of any supplier on this page, the material is specified to ASTM B265, and each order carries an EN 10204 type 3.1 certificate with heat and pour numbers by order scope.

Beiyu supplies thin plate and sheet 0.5 to 3 mm thick in widths to 1500 mm, and heavy plate 3 to 70 mm thick in widths to 2500 mm, both in lengths to 6000 mm, with surface condition stated on the order.

These are Beiyu published supply figures and inspection parameters, not limits taken from the standard; limit values belong to ASTM B265 and are confirmed against the exact edition named on the purchase order. Certification is stated as a production capability, and no stock position, delivery time or price is implied by any figure on this page.
