Titanium Coiled Tube Suppliers: Five Company Pages Compared

Titanium tubing formed into large factory coils

Method and comparison scope

We retained accessible company pages that expressly expose long or continuous titanium tube delivered in a coil. The target is semi-finished tubing for later uncoiling, straightening, routing or forming, not a finished spiral/helical heat-exchanger assembly. Pages that mention heat-transfer use remain eligible only for their delivered tube form and buyer-verifiable fields.

Company page Role shown Useful published fields What the quotation must clarify
Milling Metal Manufacturer / supplier Continuously welded long coil made from strip, visible OD examples, B338/B862 references and downstream uncoiling/straightening context. Exact governing route, weld inspection and certificate type. The page includes spelling and certificate-label errors that should not be copied.
GAOFA Tech Manufacturer / supplier Grade 1/2, stated OD/wall and length-per-coil envelopes, long-length tube and inline anneal/test language. Alloy-size-length feasibility, seamless/welded route, coil dimensions, allowed straightening and the actual test acceptance record.
HST Titanium Manufacturer / supplier Multiple grades and several tube/pipe/material standard references under a coil-tube heading. Whether a continuous coil is actually offered: the visible size line describes straight 2–12 m and large welded tube, not a clear coil envelope.
Baoji Fairy Titanium Manufacturer / supplier Calls the product a semi-finished input, lists Grades 1/2/12, OD × wall examples and page-stated long coil examples. Route, wall tolerance, coil ID/OD, actual continuous length, weld/seam inspection and heat-lot traceability.
Chalco Titanium Manufacturer / supplier Tube/pipe page that includes coiled forms, grades, dimensions, condition, inspection and RFQ fields. Keep the order on the coiled-tube form and current specification. The page mixes tube/pipe/end-use language and references withdrawn ASTM B337.

Define the delivered coil before the downstream shape

A coil of tube is not automatically a finished heat exchanger. The supplier may deliver a large transport coil that another fabricator uncoils and bends, or a smaller coil already formed to the service geometry. Those are different scopes. This comparison requires the first route and asks the RFQ to fix continuous length, coil ID/OD, layer control and allowable straightening.

Decision Why it matters Evidence to request
Seamless or welded Route changes seam controls, long-length feasibility and inspection. Manufacturing route, starting strip/billet record, weld process and NDE where applicable.
Tube geometry OD, wall, ovality and wall variation affect uncoiling and later bending. Numeric OD/wall tolerances, ovality, sample plan and measured report.
Coil geometry Coil ID/OD, width, layer pattern and weight affect pay-off equipment and shipping. Coil drawing, ID/OD/width tolerance, winding direction and maximum unit weight.
Continuity and straightening Hidden joins and excessive set can reduce usable length. Minimum continuous length, permitted joints, end marking and agreed straightening/bend limits.

Send one controlled titanium coiled-tube RFQ

State that the delivery is semi-finished tube in a transport/production coil and attach the pay-off and handling limits. If a seller offers a finished exchanger coil instead, price it as a separate scope rather than a substitute.

RFQ field Minimum entry Common ambiguity
Material Grade, tube specification/edition, seamless or welded route, condition and substitutions rule. “Titanium coil” confused with flat strip or a formed exchanger.
Tube geometry OD × wall, tolerances, ovality, minimum continuous length and permitted joins. Total metres without minimum continuous segment.
Coil geometry Coil ID, OD, width, layer/winding direction, unit weight and end accessibility. Coil weight only, with no pay-off envelope.
Condition and test Anneal/temper, surface/internal cleanliness, dimensional plan, leak/pressure/eddy-current scope as required. “Inline tested” without method or rejection basis.
Delivery End caps, moisture/iron-contamination control, coil restraint, marking, packing, Incoterm and destination. Standard packing without the buyer’s lift and pay-off limits.

Where Beiyu fits

Beiyu’s continuous titanium coil-tubing page is the transactional destination for semi-finished long-length tube. The finished heat-exchanger coil page is a different downstream product and is shown only to make the boundary explicit.

How to use this comparison

Normalize tube route, OD/wall, continuous length, coil geometry, condition and test scope before comparing price. The general titanium-tube company comparison covers broader straight and coiled tube sourcing, while the seamless-versus-welded guide explains the route decision.

Related Beiyu pages

The four Beiyu links above keep continuous coil tubing, finished heat-exchanger coils, broad tube suppliers and route guidance separate. Recheck each company page on the next review date and confirm every continuous-length or coil-range claim on the quotation.

Specification detail with sources

Beiyu Titanium publishes this list and is not part of the comparison above. For readers who want the publisher’s own figures on the same basis they would ask of any supplier on this page, the material is specified to ASTM B265, and each order carries an EN 10204 type 3.1 certificate with heat and pour numbers by order scope.

Beiyu supplies foil and strip 0.02 to 0.3 mm thick in widths to 600 mm, and sheet from 0.5 mm upward in widths to 1500 mm.

These are Beiyu published supply figures and inspection parameters, not limits taken from the standard; limit values belong to ASTM B265 and are confirmed against the exact edition named on the purchase order. Certification is stated as a production capability, and no stock position, delivery time or price is implied by any figure on this page.
