Aerospace titanium hydraulic tube is not a generic Grade 9 tube order. Ti-3Al-2.5V chemistry, seamless form, annealed or cold-worked/stress-relieved condition, dimensional control, fatigue/texture requirements and program qualification have to align. Five company-owned sources met the rule, but their public pages range from aerospace qualification context to broad Grade 9 industrial supply.
How the five company sources were selected
We froze the query aerospace titanium hydraulic tube supplier Ti-3Al-2.5V AMS AS5620 on 1 September 2026. Eligible sources were company-owned aerospace or Grade 9 tube pages that exposed hydraulic service and at least one alloy, condition, specification, qualification, size, NDE or performance field. Beiyu, geographies excluded by site policy, marketplaces, directories, third-party rankings, bicycle-only tubing and generic B338 heat-exchanger pages were removed. The sequence is a discovery record, not an approved-supplier list.
A public page can identify a likely supply route. It cannot prove allocated stock, a current program approval, final schedule, lot compliance or suitability of material/equipment not yet produced or assigned. Those points remain dated quotation fields.
Company pages that met the rule
| Company source | Page role | Visible fields | RFQ check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Superior Tube | Aerospace tube manufacturer page | High-pressure titanium tube history, hydraulic-line application and stated Boeing supplier qualification | Obtain exact alloy/spec/size and current program qualification evidence |
| Fine Tubes | Company Ti-3Al-2.5V data sheet | Straight seamless tube, AMS 4943/4944/4945/4946 and annealed/CWSR properties | Select one specification, condition, dimensions, qualification route and lot tests |
| Alleima | Grade 9 seamless-tube data sheet | CWSR, burst/fatigue/CSR context and aerospace hydraulic-line history | Treat values as representative; require size/lot compliance and bend controls |
| RIC Tubes | Grade 9 supplier page | Size range, seamless/welded options, AMS references, NDE, ends and traceability | Explicitly choose seamless AMS hydraulic tube; B338 alone is not program approval |
| TSM Technology | Grade 9 tube product page | Annealed/CWSR options, cold-work route, dimensional/NDE and traceability claims | Reconfirm AMS/AS qualification and certificates; chemistry alone is insufficient |
Only a company and facility approved for the buyer’s specification, size range and program can satisfy an approval requirement. A public aerospace sentence is discovery evidence, not a QPL entry. Conversely, a capable Grade 9 mill may offer useful development tube without holding the program approval. Keep those commercial paths separate instead of scoring them on one claim.
Separate alloy, condition and qualification
| Decision | Choices visible in the source set | Required written return |
|---|---|---|
| Program/spec | AMS material specification, AS5620/QPL/QML or customer drawing/specification | Exact revision, approved facility/scope and required source-control evidence |
| Material/condition | Ti-3Al-2.5V/UNS R56320; annealed or CWSR | Heat chemistry, melt/source identity, condition and mechanical/texture requirements |
| Tube geometry | Seamless OD, wall, length, straightness, concentricity and surface | Finished dimensional report, tolerances, ends and marking |
| Forming/fatigue | CSR/texture, bend/flaring capability, pressure pulses and installation radius | Specified tests, sample orientation, criteria and lot-specific results |
| Cleanliness/NDE | Interior cleanliness, eddy current/UT, pressure test and end protection | Methods, acceptance, contamination controls and release documents |
Do not substitute welded tube because the OD and wall match. Hydraulic fatigue, texture and forming behaviour depend on the ordered seamless route and condition. State every finished bend or flare that the tube must tolerate, the minimum bend radius and whether the supplier provides straight lengths or formed assemblies. If the buyer invokes AS5620 or a customer-approved source list, request evidence for the exact manufacturing location and product scope rather than a company-wide certificate. The RFQ should also define internal cleanliness, caps, preservation and maximum particle or residue criteria where the system specification requires them; a chemically correct tube can still be rejected after contaminated handling.
A page conflict is a verification prompt, not a finding that a company cannot supply the item. Preserve the observed difference, request a clean technical return and make the purchase order control final identity, geometry, responsibility and acceptance.

Send one controlled RFQ
| RFQ line | Buyer input | Supplier return |
|---|---|---|
| Authority | Program/customer specification, AMS/AS revisions and approved-source requirement | Facility/scope evidence, deviations and source-control return |
| Material | UNS R56320, seamless form, melt source and annealed/CWSR condition | Heat identity, chemistry, condition and mechanical/CSR results |
| Dimensions | OD, wall, length, tolerances, straightness, surface and ends | Measured report and manufacturing capability for the ordered band |
| Performance | Pressure/fatigue, bend/flare, NDE and supplementary qualification tests | Methods, sample orientation, criteria and lot/program records |
| Cleanliness/docs | Interior cleanliness, caps, marking, MTC/CoC and traceability | Cleaning/preservation route and complete release index |
| Commercial | Quantity by size, qualification first article, required date and destination | Current capacity, schedule, validity, exclusions and packing |
Remove any source that cannot return the exact material, deliverable, finished geometry and acceptance evidence. Compare price, schedule and terms only after technical lines, responsibility boundary and document scope are aligned.
Where Beiyu fits
Beiyu is outside the five-company set. Its hydraulic titanium-tube enquiry route asks for program/customer specification, Ti-3Al-2.5V identity, seamless form, annealed or CWSR condition, OD/wall/length/tolerances, bend/flare needs, NDE/pressure/fatigue/CSR scope, cleanliness, source approval, documents, quantity and destination. Capability is not presented as an aerospace approval unless the required evidence is returned.
The fields in this section describe only Beiyu’s published enquiry route. They do not score the companies above and do not transfer to another company’s catalogue.

Specification detail with sources
Beiyu Titanium publishes this list and is not part of the comparison above. For readers who want the publisher’s own figures on the same basis they would ask of any supplier on this page, the material is specified to ASTM B338, and each order carries an EN 10204 type 3.1 certificate with heat and pour numbers by order scope.
Beiyu supplies seamless tube OD 5 to 325 mm with 0.5 to 12 mm wall in lengths to 12000 mm, welded tube OD 6.35 to 1219 mm with 0.5 to 25.4 mm wall in lengths to 22000 mm, and capillary OD 1 to 5 mm with 0.1 to 2 mm wall.
These are Beiyu published supply figures and inspection parameters, not limits taken from the standard; limit values belong to ASTM B338 and are confirmed against the exact edition named on the purchase order. Certification is stated as a production capability, and no stock position, delivery time or price is implied by any figure on this page.
