A titanium plate search can return a mill, a service centre, a cut-parts supplier or a page that combines sheet, plate and disc. Those routes are useful for different orders. This comparison keeps the six reviewed pages separate and shows which fields still need a written answer before prices can be compared.
How the six titanium plate pages were selected
We froze the query titanium plate suppliers manufacturer ASTM B265 on 1 September 2026 and made targeted checks for current company plate pages. Eligible results were accessible company-owned pages that expressly exposed titanium plate. Beiyu, marketplaces, directories, third-party lists, duplicate domains and pages limited to another product form were removed. The order preserves the dated discovery set after those exclusions and carries no quality score.
| Company page | Page content recorded | Grades or standards stated | Published dimensions | RFQ check |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| TSM Technology | Plate page with custom-cutting route | ASTM B265; Grades 1, 2, 5 and 7 are named | Not stated as one durable range used here | Which grade, condition, plate dimensions, cutting tolerance and certificate scope are quoted? |
| Ylasting Titanium | Sheet/plate page with grades and dimensions | ASTM B265; Grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 12 and 23 listed | 0.3-80 mm thick; width to 2,500 mm; length to 12,000 mm | Which grade, rolling route, condition and exact size combination is accepted for this order? |
| Heeger Metal | Plate, sheet and disc page | ASTM B265, ASME SB265 and AMS 4911 listed together | Plate 5-100 mm, width to 2,500 mm, length to 6,000 mm; sheet has a separate range | Which alloy and one governing specification apply to the selected dimensions? |
| Titanium Industries | Plate-family page with grade-specific rows | CP and 6Al-4V/ELI plate routes with grade-specific standards | The page prints 0.156 in / 3.00 mm to 6.000 in / 200.00 mm | The printed inch/mm pairs do not convert consistently; return the actual quoted dimensions in one unit |
| Continental Steel & Tube | Grade/form/specification matrix | Plate and sheet appear across CP and alloy grades; the exact mapping remains an RFQ field | No consolidated plate envelope used here | Return one grade/UNS, form, condition and product specification rather than the full matrix |
| TIMET | Plate page with processing options | CP, Ti-6Al-4V and additional alloy families | No consolidated plate envelope used here | Confirm grade, gauge, tolerance, flatness, processing route and production availability |
A longer grade list is not a wider qualified order. The quotation still has to bind one material designation, one plate standard, one condition and one dimensional envelope. The visible conversion conflict on the Titanium Industries page is retained because silently correcting a supplier page would remove a useful RFQ check.
Sheet, plate and cut blank are different quotation routes
| Question | What to state | Why it changes the quote |
|---|---|---|
| Which flat-product form? | Plate, sheet, strip, disc or drawing-based blank | A combined web page may publish separate size and processing routes for each form |
| Which grade and specification? | Grade/UNS plus ASTM B265, ASME SB265, AMS route or the drawing’s governing document | The same company page may list standards that do not apply to every grade and condition |
| What final geometry? | Thickness, width, length, flatness, edge condition, tolerance and any cut profile | Mill plate, service-centre plate and cut blanks carry different yield and processing costs |
| Which condition and surface? | Annealed or other ordered condition; hot/cold rolled, pickled, ground, polished or drawing requirement | The alloy name alone does not fix delivery condition or surface acceptance |
Do not convert a supplier’s maximum dimension into a stock promise. Ask whether the quoted line comes from stock, a scheduled mill run or cutting from a larger plate, then place that answer beside the promised lead time.

Send one controlled titanium plate RFQ
| RFQ line | Buyer input | Required supplier return |
|---|---|---|
| Material identity | Grade, UNS and governing specification with revision | One exact designation on quotation and MTC |
| Dimensions | Thickness, width, length, quantity, tolerance and flatness | Quoted finished dimensions in one unit and any mill/cut allowance |
| Condition and surface | Heat-treatment condition, rolling route, finish, edge and protection requirements | Delivery condition and surface tied to the quoted plate |
| Processing | Full plate, rectangular cut, nesting file, waterjet or machined blank | Processing method, tolerance, inspection point and material remnant basis |
| Inspection and documents | Chemistry/mechanical reports, UT if specified, dimensional report, MTC and EN 10204 scope | Exact test plan, acceptance criteria, heat/lot link and certificate type |
| Commercial basis | Quantity, Incoterm, destination, packing and required date | Stock or production basis, lead time, validity and exclusions |
Where Beiyu fits
Beiyu is outside the six-company set. Its live Grade 2 sheet-and-plate page accepts ASTM B265 or ASME SB265 enquiries when specified. The RFQ is reviewed by grade/UNS, thickness, width, length, flatness, tolerance, surface, quantity and document scope; those fields are quotation inputs, not claims that every combination is in stock.
Orders for Grade 5, Grade 7 or another flat-product route are checked against their own specification, condition and dimensions. A standard named on one grade row is not carried across to another alloy merely because both appear on the same category page.
How to use this comparison
First remove pages that cannot return the required grade, form and dimensions. Send the remaining companies the same controlled order line. Compare commercial terms only after each quotation has resolved the governing specification, condition, finished geometry, inspection scope and whether supply is from stock, conversion or a mill run.

Specification detail with sources
Beiyu Titanium publishes this list and is not part of the comparison above. For readers who want the publisher’s own figures on the same basis they would ask of any supplier on this page, the material is specified to ASTM B265, and each order carries an EN 10204 type 3.1 certificate with heat and pour numbers by order scope.
Beiyu supplies thin plate and sheet 0.5 to 3 mm thick in widths to 1500 mm, and heavy plate 3 to 70 mm thick in widths to 2500 mm, both in lengths to 6000 mm, with surface condition stated on the order.
These are Beiyu published supply figures and inspection parameters, not limits taken from the standard; limit values belong to ASTM B265 and are confirmed against the exact edition named on the purchase order. Certification is stated as a production capability, and no stock position, delivery time or price is implied by any figure on this page.
