How the eight company pages were selected
We ran the query titanium tube suppliers on Google with United States and English settings on 2026-08-29 and froze the first page of organic results. We included a result when the company owned the ranking URL and that URL was a product, category or capability page directly about titanium tube. The same rule excluded directories, marketplaces, research pages, supplier-authored list articles, a general search page, a location page and Beiyu’s own site.
Eight company pages met the rule. Their sequence measures search visibility in that sample, not manufacturing quality, availability, delivery, price or suitability for a particular order.

Titanium tube company pages that met the rule
| Company page | Role and tube route stated on its site | Grades or forms stated | Published dimensional detail |
|---|---|---|---|
| Continental Steel & Tube | Supplier and distributor; seamless and welded tubing | Grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 12 | 0.25 to 9 in OD, 0.035 to 0.079 in wall and lengths up to 20 ft |
| TW Metals | Supplier that stocks seamless and welded titanium tube | Commercially pure titanium, Ti-3Al-2.5V and Ti-6Al-4V | Not stated as one general envelope on the reviewed page |
| Stanford Advanced Materials | Supplier; seamless and welded tube | Grades 1, 2 and 9; pickled or polished surfaces | 3.18 to 50.8 mm OD and 0.6 to 1.66 mm wall |
| Ticon Industries | Online seller of seam-welded straight tubing and fabrication components | Commercially pure Grade 1 tubing for exhaust and fuel-line fabrication | 1.0 and 1.2 mm walls; 24 and 48 in lengths on the reviewed category |
| Superior Tube | Custom precision-tube manufacturer; seamless, welded and welded-and-redrawn routes | Grades 1, 2, 5, 9 and 23 in its material literature; round and shaped profiles | 0.25 to 38.1 mm OD, walls below 0.05 to 3.8 mm, straight lengths up to 20 m and coils up to 10,000 m |
| Titanium Processing Center | Supplier and processor; seamless and welded tube | Grade 2 / R50400 and Grade 9 / R56320 to ASTM B338 | A detailed size grid is published on the product page |
| Online Metals | Online seller of titanium round tube | Seamless, stress-relieved and welded filters; Grade 9 and selected Grade 2 listings | Individual products state OD, wall and length rather than one category-wide envelope |
| Race Tech Titanium | Direct seller focused on motorsport and exhaust fabrication | Commercially pure Grade 1 straight tube in the reviewed category | 3/8 to 3 in diameter; 1.0 and 1.2 mm wall options; 24 and 48 in lengths |
Not stated means that the reviewed page does not publish one general value. It does not mean the company cannot quote another size, grade or route.
Three different buying paths appear in the same search
The frozen results do not describe one interchangeable supplier type. They lead to three buying paths, each useful at a different point in an enquiry:
| Buying path shown by the pages | Companies in this sample | What the page lets a buyer define first |
|---|---|---|
| Industrial distribution and processing | Continental Steel & Tube, TW Metals, Stanford Advanced Materials and Titanium Processing Center | Grade, seamless or welded construction, standard and an available dimensional range or grid |
| Custom precision-tube manufacture | Superior Tube | Very small OD/wall combinations, straight or coil length and round or shaped profile |
| Online fabrication catalog | Ticon Industries, Online Metals and Race Tech Titanium | A listed diameter, wall and cut or straight length for fabrication work |
This grouping describes the reviewed pages, not the full capability of each company. A buyer seeking condenser tubing, a shaped capillary coil and a motorsport exhaust tube should not use the same enquiry line for all three.
Where a grade name needs a standard cross-check
Titanium tube pages often group material families more broadly than a purchase specification does. Before using a published grade list, bind the grade to the form, construction and current product standard:
| Published page signal | Cross-check before ordering | Neutral buyer action |
|---|---|---|
| Continental lists a broad grade range and its general titanium page contains conflicting grade, alloy and UNS pairings | Confirm the selected grade name and UNS against the governing tube or pipe specification | Put grade, UNS, standard, construction and dimensions on the same enquiry line |
| Stanford lists tube and pipe standards together, including a retired tube designation | Use the current route that fits the ordered form: B338 for heat-transfer tube, B861 for seamless pipe or B862 for welded pipe | Ask the quotation to return one governing product standard, not a group of alternatives |
| Superior and TW Metals publish Ti-6Al-4V tubing, while the current B338 scope does not include Grade 5 or Grade 23 | Do not assume every titanium tube alloy is ordered to B338 | State the application specification or drawing requirement for Ti-6Al-4V tube |
| Titanium Processing Center pairs Grade 2 / R50400 and Grade 9 / R56320 with B338 | The grade, UNS and product route are stated together on the reviewed page | Still define seamless or welded, OD, wall, length and examination route on the enquiry |
A numeric tube and pipe envelope outside the list
The company table above uses only those companies’ own pages. Beiyu’s figures stay outside the list and show why the word tube is not enough to route an enquiry:
| Beiyu supply form | Outside diameter | Wall | Length | Normal standard route |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Capillary tube | 1 to 5 mm | 0.1 to 2 mm | Up to 6,000 mm | Confirm the application specification and drawing |
| Seamless tube or pipe | 5 to 325 mm | 0.5 to 12 mm | Up to 12,000 mm | ASTM B338 tube or ASTM B861 pipe, according to the ordered form |
| Welded tube or pipe | 6.35 to 1,219 mm | 0.5 to 25.4 mm | Up to 22,000 mm | ASTM B338 tube or ASTM B862 pipe, according to the ordered form |
These are Beiyu’s supply-envelope limits, not stock or all-grade promises. ASTM B338 tube is ordered by outside diameter and wall. Pipe follows its pipe specification, so the same numeric diameter does not turn one form into the other.

Fields to send before comparing tube quotations
| RFQ field | Why it changes the route | What should come back on the quotation |
|---|---|---|
| Tube or pipe, plus service | Heat-transfer tube and process pipe use different dimensional conventions and standards | One identified product form and governing standard |
| Grade and UNS | A familiar grade name can be paired with the wrong alloy or product route on a broad catalog page | The grade and UNS written together |
| Seamless, welded or welded-and-redrawn | Construction affects the applicable route and inspection plan | The quoted construction stated explicitly |
| OD, wall and length | Tube is not fully defined by nominal diameter alone | Quoted finished dimensions and tolerances |
| Condition and surface | Annealed, stress-relieved, pickled, polished or fabrication-finish wording changes what arrives | The agreed condition and surface description |
| Examination and acceptance | The method and coverage must match the order rather than be assumed from the material name | The examination route and acceptance basis |
| Packaging and identity fields | Long thin-wall tube needs an agreed protection and marking plan | Marking, bundle protection and document scope tied to the order |
Limits of a public-page comparison
A public page cannot establish capacity available for a future order, current availability, delivery timing, the result of inspection on supplied material or whether a size outside the published grid can be made. The tables show which buying path and specification fields each reviewed page exposes. Final comparison belongs on returned quotations and drawings with the same grade, form, construction, dimensions, condition and examination basis.
Where Beiyu Titanium sits
Beiyu Titanium published this page and is deliberately outside the list. Beiyu handles capillary, seamless and welded titanium tube and pipe within the separate numeric envelope above. An enquiry is reviewed against product form, grade, construction, OD, wall, length, condition, surface, tolerance, inspection and document scope before the supply route is confirmed.
Specification detail with sources
Company roles, constructions, grades and dimensional fields come only from the eight linked company pages and their own supporting product literature, checked 2026-08-29. The standard cross-check uses the current ASTM B338 scope for seamless and welded titanium tube for condenser and heat-exchanger service, ASTM B861 for seamless pipe and ASTM B862 for welded pipe. Beiyu’s dimensional figures come from its published product-form envelope and apply only after the ordered grade, construction and standard route are confirmed.
