Titanium cathode plate is not one universal product. Public sources use the term for a PEM-labelled plate, a permanent or seed cathode, and a titanium-clad-copper conductor or hanger assembly. These routes cannot share a single performance column. Five company-owned sources met the rule, and the comparison starts by naming the electrochemical duty and complete delivery boundary.
How the five company sources were selected
We froze the query titanium cathode plate supplier manufacturer hanger bar on 1 September 2026. Eligible company-owned pages expressly offered a titanium cathode plate, cathode assembly or cathode-designated plate route and exposed a material, geometry, conductor, surface, joint or application field. Beiyu, geographies excluded by site policy, marketplaces, directories, third-party lists and anode-only coating pages were removed. The order records discovery after exclusions; it is not a rating.
A public page can identify a likely supply route. It cannot prove the allocated lot, current schedule, final inspection result or suitability of material not yet produced or assigned. Those points remain dated quotation fields.
Company pages that met the rule
| Company source | Page role | Visible fields | RFQ check |
|---|---|---|---|
| TopTiTech | Drawing-based cathode page | Grade 1, customized size and named surface-treatment fields for a PEM/PEMFC-labelled duty | Treat performance language as attribution and return the exact cell role, drawing and tests |
| AATi | Permanent cathode page | Grade 2 electrowinning/electrorefining cathodes with multiple named plate geometries | Return electrolyte, deposit/stripping route, plate shape, hanger, edges and flatness |
| Xubo Titanium | Cathode with hanger bars | Titanium sheet and copper-core construction plus thickness and surface/edge fields | Exclude mutable capacity claims; require the exact conductor, joint, dimensions and electrical test |
| Standard Titanium | Clad-copper cathode route | Named copper core and Grade 1/2 titanium cladding, cladding thickness and conductivity fields | Keep the bar/conductor construction separate from the active plate and return the interface test |
| Chalco Titanium | Broad plate page with cathode section | Cathode-plate/cathode-frame section with drawing, plate, coating/electrode and traceability fields | The page is not a cathode-only catalogue; require the finished assembly boundary and current offer |
The set deliberately spans different cathode roles. They should not be forced into a misleading common size or service table. First classify the PEM, permanent/seed or conductor/hanger route; only then compare the material map, geometry, surface, electrical path, inspection and document lines relevant to that route.
Name the cathode duty before comparing hardware
| Decision | Choices visible in the source set | Required written return |
|---|---|---|
| Electrochemical role | PEM-labelled plate, permanent/seed cathode or conductor/hanger assembly | Cell duty, electrolyte, deposit and stripping/contact basis |
| Material map | Titanium plate/sheet, titanium cladding, copper core and other connection parts | Component-by-component grade, product standard and traceability |
| Geometry | Plate envelope, thickness, hanger/bar, edge strips/masks and connection details | Signed drawing, tolerances, flatness and measured report |
| Joining/surface | Cladding, weld/mechanical joint, finish, cleaning or project treatment | Named process, coverage, joint/interface and surface acceptance |
| Electrical/inspection | Current/contact path, conductivity/resistance and dimensional checks | Test method, temperature/path, units, criteria and records |
Anode coating families and service-life claims do not transfer to a cathode order. The purchase line should identify which surfaces collect a deposit, which conduct current, which are masked or stripped and which joints remain in the electrolyte. The drawing and inspection plan then control the complete assembly.
A page conflict is a verification prompt, not a finding that a company cannot supply the item. Preserve the observed conflict, request a clean technical return and make the purchase order control the final identity, geometry, responsibility and acceptance route.

Send one controlled RFQ
| RFQ line | Buyer input | Supplier return |
|---|---|---|
| Duty | Cell/process, electrolyte, temperature, current basis and deposit/stripping method | Design assumptions and cathode route |
| Materials | Plate/substrate, conductor/hanger and joint material map | Exact grades, standards and lot traceability |
| Geometry | Plate, hanger, edge, masking/strip-off and connection drawing | Signed drawing and dimensional/flatness report |
| Surface/joint | Finish, cleaning/treatment, clad or weld route and exposed zones | Process record and interface/joint acceptance |
| Electrical/inspection | Resistance/conductivity method, current path, visual and dimensional checks | Measured results with units, sample/lot and criteria |
| Commercial | Quantity, packing, required date and destination | Current schedule, validity, document index and exceptions |
Remove any source that cannot return the exact material, deliverable, finished geometry and acceptance evidence. Compare commercial terms only after the technical lines, responsibility boundary and document scope are aligned.
Where Beiyu fits
Beiyu is outside the five-company set. Its cathode-plate route asks for the electrochemical duty, plate and conductor/hanger materials, complete drawing, joint, edge/masking or strip-off geometry, surface, flatness, electrical acceptance, inspection, quantity and documents. It does not transfer anode coating claims onto a cathode enquiry.
The fields in this section describe only Beiyu’s published enquiry route. They do not score the companies above and do not transfer to another company’s catalogue.

Specification detail with sources
Beiyu Titanium publishes this list and is not part of the comparison above. For readers who want the publisher’s own figures on the same basis they would ask of any supplier on this page, the material is specified to ASTM B265, and each order carries an EN 10204 type 3.1 certificate with heat and pour numbers by order scope.
Beiyu supplies thin plate and sheet 0.5 to 3 mm thick in widths to 1500 mm, and heavy plate 3 to 70 mm thick in widths to 2500 mm, both in lengths to 6000 mm, with surface condition stated on the order.
These are Beiyu published supply figures and inspection parameters, not limits taken from the standard; limit values belong to ASTM B265 and are confirmed against the exact edition named on the purchase order. Certification is stated as a production capability, and no stock position, delivery time or price is implied by any figure on this page.
