Nickel 200 seamless pipe is commercially pure wrought nickel, supplied as UNS N02200 for chemical processing, caustic alkali service, high-purity handling and equipment where nickel corrosion resistance is required. The product should be specified by standard, pipe size, wall thickness, length, surface condition and the required certificate package.

For procurement, avoid quoting Nickel 200 pipe by alloy name only. Buyers should confirm whether the order follows ASTM B161, ASME SB161 or a project drawing, and whether additional dimensional inspection, PMI, pressure-related documentation or third-party inspection is required.

Typical RFQs include outside diameter, wall thickness, schedule or nominal pipe size, length, straightness, end condition and any machining allowance.
