How the eight company pages were selected
We ran the query titanium forging suppliers on Google with United States and English settings on 2026-08-29 and froze the first page of organic results. We included a result when the company owned the ranking URL and the URL was directly about titanium forging products or capability. Directories, marketplaces, research pages, list articles and Beiyu’s own site were excluded by the same rule.
Eight company pages met the rule. Their sequence reproduces the accepted search-result order after exclusions. It does not score forge quality, available capacity, delivery, price or performance on a future part.

Titanium forging company pages that met the rule
| Company page | Role stated on its site | Forging forms or processes stated | Published specification or size detail |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lasting Titanium | Manufacturer and supplier of titanium forgings | Flanges, rings, discs, blocks, forged shafts and drawing-based parts | No forging-specific standard or numeric envelope stated on the reviewed page |
| Scot Forge | Custom forging producer | Forged and rolled rings, bars, blocks, hubs, shafts, hollows, discs, blanks and complex shapes | ASTM B381 and selected AMS routes; CP Grades 2, 3 and 4, Ti-6Al-4V and Ti-6Al-4V ELI |
| Tricor Metals | Titanium service center supplying forgings and billet | Rounds, shafts, sleeves, rings, discs, blocks, hollows, stepped shapes and custom profiles | Rounds to 20 in diameter; discs to 124 in; forged rings 6 to 110 in; rolled rings to 240 in diameter |
| Weldaloy Specialty Forgings | Custom titanium forging producer | Rolled rings, cylinders, flat bar/blocks, hubs and custom die-pressed parts | Rolled rings about 43 in maximum OD; flat bar/blocks about 24 in; hubs and die-pressed parts about 16 in |
| U.S. Titanium Industry | Manufacturer and supplier | Rings, discs, flanges and shafts | ASTM B381; Grades 1, 2 and 5; size stated as by request |
| Haibowell Titanium | Producer of titanium products and customized forgings | Cake/disc, flange, ring and other category forms | Ti-6Al-4V is named for cake/disc; no numeric forging envelope or governing forging standard stated |
| All Metals & Forge Group | Manufacturer of titanium forged parts | Open-die forgings and seamless rolled rings, with rough or finish machining | ASTM B381 and selected AMS routes; the page states full-part ultrasonic examination and numeric machining/finish fields |
| Philadelphia Forgings | Supplier of titanium forgings | Open die, closed die, rolled ring, hand and upset forging processes are linked from the site | 6Al-4V, 6Al-2Sn-4Zr-2Mo and CP Grade 1 are among the grade strings stated; no numeric envelope on the reviewed titanium page |
Not stated describes the reviewed page, not the company’s full capability. A missing web field must be settled in the returned quotation or drawing rather than filled from a directory.
The search result mixes three supply paths
| Supply path shown by the reviewed pages | Companies in this sample | First document that should drive the enquiry |
|---|---|---|
| Broad titanium product supplier | Lasting Titanium, U.S. Titanium Industry and Haibowell Titanium | A drawing plus the exact forging standard, grade and required form |
| Dedicated custom forge | Scot Forge, Weldaloy, All Metals & Forge Group and Philadelphia Forgings | A forged-part drawing with starting and finished geometry, allowance and inspection plan |
| Titanium service center with forging and billet routes | Tricor Metals | A declaration of whether the ordered item is billet, bar or a finished forging |
The distinction matters because a billet, a forged blank and a finish-machined component can share an alloy name while carrying different order and acceptance requirements.
Grade names that need to be returned on one line
Three reviewed pages illustrate why the commercial grade name, UNS and finished-product standard should travel together:
| Page wording observed | Standards cross-check | Buyer action |
|---|---|---|
| Tricor publishes Grade 5 beside UNS R45400 | Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V maps to UNS R56400 | Return the corrected grade, UNS and B381 designation on the quotation |
| All Metals groups Grade 5 within a commercially pure grade line and also names Ti-6Al-4V | Grades 2, 3 and 4 are commercially pure; Grade 5 is Ti-6Al-4V alloy | Identify the alloy once, without carrying both category labels into the order |
| Philadelphia publishes the string 3Al-25V | The reviewed page does not resolve that string to a grade number, UNS or finished-forging designation | Ask which exact grade, UNS and specification the quoted material will follow |
| U.S. Titanium Industry names Grades 1, 2 and 5 with ASTM B381 | B381 uses forging designations such as F-1, F-2 and F-5 | Put both the familiar grade and B381 designation on the purchase line |
This is a document-identity check, not a score for the companies. The returned quotation should resolve the string before a drawing or order uses it.
A numeric forging envelope outside the list
The list above uses only the eight companies’ pages. Beiyu’s own figures stay in this separate, unranked block:
| Beiyu forging form | Published supply envelope | Drawing fields that control the check |
|---|---|---|
| Forged round bar | 50 to 500 mm diameter; length up to 3,000 mm | Diameter, length, finished size and machining allowance |
| Ring | 50 to 2,000 mm OD; 10 to 900 mm ID; height 20 to 400 mm | OD, ID, height, route and allowance on each surface |
| Disc | 50 to 2,000 mm OD; thickness 20 to 500 mm | OD, thickness, finished faces and test-specimen location if specified |
| Block | 50 to 600 mm governing dimension | All three axes, grain direction if required and finished geometry |
The envelope states Beiyu’s production-capability limits. It does not state stock, allocated capacity or that every grade and size combination is supplied. Orders are reviewed to ASTM B381 for the finished forging and in R or M condition as stated on the drawing and enquiry.

Do not substitute a billet line for a forging line
| Ordered item | Normal ASTM route | What still has to be specified |
|---|---|---|
| Titanium bar or billet | ASTM B348 | Grade, shape, size, condition and applicable bar/billet requirements |
| Finished titanium forging | ASTM B381 | B381 grade designation, drawing, condition, forged and finished dimensions, allowance and required tests |
| Machined component from a forging | B381 material plus the component drawing | Final geometry, tolerances, surface, inspection stage and acceptance criteria |
A B348 input-material record does not by itself establish that the delivered forging meets B381. The finished-product requirement has to appear on the order.
Fields to send before comparing forging quotations
| RFQ field | Why it changes the forging route | What should come back |
|---|---|---|
| Drawing and shape family | A ring, disc, block, hollow and stepped shaft move metal in different directions | Agreed starting geometry and finished-part drawing revision |
| Grade, UNS and B381 designation | The three identifiers prevent a page typo or commercial shorthand from entering the order | One consistent material identity |
| Condition and heat-treatment route | Mechanical acceptance depends on the ordered condition | Condition and required property basis |
| Forged and finished dimensions | Machining allowance affects blank size, test access and material use | Allowance on each controlled surface |
| Grain direction and specimen location | Orientation can matter to the finished part and mechanical-test plan | Drawing notes and specimen orientation where required |
| Examination method, coverage, class and stage | ASTM B381 does not create one universal ultrasonic requirement | The exact examination and acceptance plan if the order requires it |
| Marking, packing and document scope | Identity has to remain with the part through machining and receipt | Agreed marking and reporting fields tied to the purchase line |
Limits of a public-page comparison
A public page cannot prove available press time, achievable properties on a future geometry, internal soundness of a supplied part or the result of an examination that has not occurred. It also cannot decide whether an open-die blank, rolled ring or die-forged shape gives the right grain flow for the design. Use the pages to identify a supply path, then compare quotations only after every company receives the same drawing and acceptance plan.
Where Beiyu Titanium sits
Beiyu Titanium published this page and is deliberately outside the list. Beiyu reviews titanium rings, discs, blocks and forged round bars against the separate numeric envelope above. The drawing, B381 grade, UNS, condition, forged and finished dimensions, allowance, grain direction where required, examination plan and reporting scope have to agree before the forging route is confirmed.
Specification detail with sources
Company roles, forms, processes, grades and published sizes come only from the eight linked company pages, checked 2026-08-29. Grade identity and the difference between a B348 bar/billet line and a B381 finished-forging line use the current ASTM product scopes and Beiyu’s verified B381 material mapping. Beiyu’s size ranges come from its current product-form envelope and remain subject to drawing review.
