Titanium Pipe Fitting Suppliers: Six Company Pages Compared

Titanium pipe elbow fittings

Titanium fitting pages can place butt-weld elbows, forged socket fittings, tees, reducers, caps and stub ends under one heading. The material specification, dimensional standard and construction route answer different questions. This comparison keeps those fields separate across six company pages.

How the six titanium pipe-fitting pages were selected

We froze the queries titanium pipe fittings suppliers manufacturer ASTM B363 and titanium fittings ASTM B363 manufacturer on 1 September 2026. Eligible results were accessible company-owned fitting pages with an explicit titanium fitting family. Beiyu, marketplaces, directories, third-party lists, duplicate domains and pages limited to pipe, tube or flange were excluded. The sequence records the dated discovery set after those exclusions and is not a supplier score.

Fields published on six company-owned titanium fitting pages
Company page Page content recorded Grades and standards stated Published forms or dimensions RFQ check
Tricor Metals Fitting families with item-level schedule and construction rows Grades 2 and 7; B363/SB363 on welding-fitting rows; B348 on threaded couplings Welded/seamless, Schedule 10/40, reducers, elbows, tees and stub ends; sizes vary by row Return exact grade, WPT class, construction, schedule and size rather than applying one row to the whole page
Chalco Titanium Socket-weld, butt-weld and threaded product families Grades 1, 2, 7 and 12; ASTM B363 among a broader standards list Product-specific ranges rather than one shared envelope Return the exact type, construction, size, schedule and standard without applying one row to all fittings
Titanium Fabrication Corporation (TiFab) Titanium fitting table with item-level size rows Grades 2 and 7; welding fittings mapped to B363-WPT2; couplings listed separately under B348 Elbows, reducers, tees and stub ends through stated item-specific ranges; Schedule 10/40 Confirm grade/class, seamless or welded construction, exact size and current commercial availability
Titanium Industries ASTM B363 reference linked to live fitting families Grade 2 product pages; B363 with form-specific dimensional tables Stub ends, 45/90-degree elbows, tees and concentric/eccentric reducers Which exact item, wall schedule, dimension table and availability are included?
CXMET Elbow page with related fitting forms ASTM B363 and ANSI/ASME B16.9 wording 45/90/180-degree elbows plus reducers, tee, cap and related forms Return grade/UNS, seamless or welded route, NPS, schedule and radius
TSM Technology Titanium elbow page with grades and dimensions Grades 1, 2, 5, 7 and 12; ASTM B363 / ASME B16.9 45/90/180-degree routes; DN10-DN600 printed Which grade/UNS, angle, radius, wall and certificate scope apply to the quoted elbow?

ASTM B363 is a material/product specification for welding fittings; ASME B16.9, B16.28, B16.11 and MSS SP-43 address different dimensional or fitting families. Listing them together on a web page does not make them interchangeable on one purchase line.

Match construction before comparing nominal size

Decisions that belong ahead of price
Decision Controlled RFQ field Risk if omitted
Which fitting family? Elbow angle/radius, tee, reducer type, cap, stub end, socket fitting or drawing One nominal size can describe products with different geometry and fabrication
Seamless, welded or forged? Required construction and any permitted alternative A supplier may quote a different route while keeping the same headline type
Which material line? Grade/UNS, ASTM B363/ASME SB363 class or project material specification The dimensional standard does not establish alloy chemistry
Which mating pipe? NPS/OD, schedule or wall, end preparation and dimensional reference A fitting can have the right grade and still fail to match the piping geometry

Pressure class language also needs care. Butt-weld fitting geometry is normally coordinated with pipe dimensions and wall schedule, while a forged socket/threaded family can use a different dimensional and class system. Ask the supplier to name the exact route rather than accepting a combined catalogue heading.

Where Beiyu fits

Beiyu is outside the six-company set. Its live pipe-fitting page covers elbows, reducers, tees, stub ends and caps in Grades 2, 7 and 12, with ASTM B363 / ASME SB363 when ordered. The published DN15-DN1200 figure is a family-level supply envelope, not a promise that every fitting, grade and construction exists across that range.

Each quotation reviews fitting type, grade, construction, NPS/OD, wall or schedule, radius, ends, inspection and certificate scope separately. Matching pipe or tube details should be included so geometry is checked before production.

How to use this comparison

First remove pages that cannot quote the required fitting family and construction. Send the remaining companies one itemized schedule rather than a generic “titanium fittings” request. Compare price only after material, dimensions, wall, ends, construction, inspection and documents align line by line.

Specification detail with sources

Beiyu Titanium publishes this list and is not part of the comparison above. For readers who want the publisher’s own figures on the same basis they would ask of any supplier on this page, the material is specified to ASTM B338, and each order carries an EN 10204 type 3.1 certificate with heat and pour numbers by order scope.

Beiyu supplies seamless pipe OD 5 to 325 mm with 0.5 to 12 mm wall in lengths to 12000 mm, and welded pipe OD 6.35 to 1219 mm with 0.5 to 25.4 mm wall in lengths to 22000 mm.

These are Beiyu published supply figures and inspection parameters, not limits taken from the standard; limit values belong to ASTM B338 and are confirmed against the exact edition named on the purchase order. Certification is stated as a production capability, and no stock position, delivery time or price is implied by any figure on this page.
