Titanium Flange Suppliers: Six Company Pages Compared

Machined titanium forged flange discs

A flange quotation is not controlled by alloy and nominal size alone. Type, dimensional standard, pressure class, facing, bore or schedule, material specification and inspection scope all change the part. This comparison shows which of those fields six company-owned titanium flange pages publish and which still need to be fixed in the RFQ.

How the six flange pages were selected

We froze the query titanium flange manufacturer titanium flange supplier on 1 September 2026 and included the first six eligible company-owned titanium-flange product pages. Beiyu, directories, marketplaces, duplicate domains and pages that were not actually about titanium flanges were excluded. The resulting sequence measures visibility in that dated snapshot; it does not establish pressure-design suitability or supplier performance.

Published order fields on six company-owned titanium flange pages
Company page Forms stated Material and standards stated Published size/class detail RFQ check
Tesco Steel & Engineering Weld neck, blind, slip-on, socket weld, lap joint, threaded, long weld neck and spectacle blind Grades 1, 2, 4, 5 and 7; ASTM B381/ASME SB381 plus multiple dimensional standards are named ½-24 in nominal bore; ASME B16.5 Class 150-2500; larger B16.47 route stated Which grade, forging specification, dimensional standard, type, class, facing and bore govern one line?
Honest Titanium Slip-on, weld neck, blind, lap joint and custom flanges Grades 1, 2, 5 and 7; ANSI/ASME, EN 1092 and DIN are named PN and Class availability is stated, but no consolidated numeric size range appears Return the exact material specification, nominal size, class/PN, facing, bore and dimensional edition
Titanium Industries Grade 2 blind, weld-neck and slip-on flanges Grade 2 / UNS R50400; ASTM B381 F2, ASME SB381 and ASME B16.5 are named ½-24 in; page provides low-pressure, Class 150 and Class 300 data tables Which listed or special-order bore, gasket surface and document package applies?
Shanghai Metal Corporation The reviewed page identifies titanium flanges but does not publish a type matrix TA1, TA2 and TC4; ANSI B16.5 is named against pressure class ½-24 in / DN15-DN600; Class 150-1500 Confirm grade/UNS, forging standard, flange type, facing, bore and whether every size/class combination is offered
TNTI Weld neck, slip-on, plate, blind, threaded, socket-weld, orifice, reducing, compact, spectacle and lap-joint routes ASME, JIS, DIN and HG are named at dimensional level; a consolidated grade matrix is not stated DN10-DN2000 and custom drawing route Which material grade/specification and one dimensional/pressure standard control the quoted form?
Metracore Alloys Threaded, forged and plate wording; face list includes FF, RF and RTJ ASTM B381/ASME SB381 plus ASME B16.5, B16.47, B16.48, EN 1092 and other systems are listed The page states 1/8-24 in as stock in one table and ½-48 in elsewhere; Class 150-2500 and PN ranges are listed Resolve the page’s two different size statements and return one exact type, class, standard and stock/production status

The table reports page wording; it does not validate a pressure rating for a project. Some pages combine material, dimensional and pressure references broadly. The purchaser’s piping or equipment engineer has to issue the governing code and exact line item.

Separate material acceptance from flange geometry

Three layers that should not be collapsed into “ASTM flange”
Layer What it controls What the RFQ should name
Material/product specification The titanium forging or other ordered product and its acceptance requirements Grade, UNS where used, specification and revision; ASTM B381 when it is the project route
Dimensional standard Outside diameter, thickness, hub, bolt circle, facing and other geometry ASME B16.5, B16.47, EN 1092, DIN, JIS or the exact drawing, one applicable route
System design basis Pressure-temperature rating, compatible pipe/bore, gasket, bolting and service limits Design code, class/PN, size, schedule/bore, facing and project notes from the responsible engineer

ASTM B381 on a web page does not prove that every displayed flange size is a compliant forging, nor does ASME B16.5 select the titanium grade. Keep the material and geometry chains separate until both meet on the same drawing and purchase line.

Send one controlled flange RFQ

Fields to keep identical across supplier quotations
RFQ line Required input Why it changes the part
Service and design basis Fluid, design pressure/temperature, governing piping or equipment code and corrosion allowance if any Prevents a catalog class from being treated as automatic project approval
Material Titanium grade, UNS, material/product specification and revision Separates alloy identity from flange dimensions
Geometry Type, nominal size, dimensional standard/edition, class or PN, facing and bore/schedule Defines mating dimensions, gasket surface and pipe connection
Drawing details Special bore, drilling, hub, facing finish, tolerances and marking Controls deviations not settled by a general page or standard reference
Inspection Dimensions, chemistry/mechanical records, NDE or PMI where required, witness/hold points Turns “tested” into an agreed acceptance scope
Traceability and packing Heat-number link, MTC type, part marking, face protection and export packing Keeps the document chain attached to the machined flange

Where Beiyu fits

Beiyu is outside the six-company comparison set. Its live flange page covers Grades 2, 5, 7 and 12 and treats ASTM B381 as the common forging route, while dimensional requirements are supplied from the project’s ASME, DIN, EN, JIS or drawing basis. Beiyu asks for grade, flange type, standard, pressure class, sealing face, bore, bolt pattern, tolerance, quantity and document requirements before quoting.

That is a supply route, not a claim that one grade or dimensional system fits every service. Pressure-equipment acceptance remains with the applicable design code, project specification and responsible engineer.

How to use this list

Shortlist pages that visibly cover the required type and dimensional route. Send the same complete line to each company and compare only quotations that return the same material specification, dimensions, class, facing, bore and inspection scope. Any page conflict, such as two different size envelopes, belongs in the clarification log, not in an assumption.

Related Beiyu pages

Published by Beiyu Titanium. Beiyu is not in the six-company set. The order is a dated search record after deterministic exclusions, not a score for quality, engineering, availability or price.

Specification detail with sources

Beiyu Titanium publishes this list and is not part of the comparison above. For readers who want the publisher’s own figures on the same basis they would ask of any supplier on this page, the material is specified to ASTM B381, and each order carries an EN 10204 type 3.1 certificate with heat and pour numbers by order scope.

Flanges are quoted from the drawing or the dimensional standard named on the order; forged ring stock covers OD 50 to 2000 mm, ID 10 to 900 mm and height 20 to 400 mm.

These are Beiyu published supply figures and inspection parameters, not limits taken from the standard; limit values belong to ASTM B381 and are confirmed against the exact edition named on the purchase order. Certification is stated as a production capability, and no stock position, delivery time or price is implied by any figure on this page.
