A titanium shell-and-tube heat exchanger is a designed pressure-boundary assembly, not a bundle of titanium tubes sold by area. Five company-owned pages met this review’s rule. Their public ranges and test menus are useful discovery evidence, but a comparable offer still needs one process basis, design responsibility, material map, construction type and inspection/data-book scope.
How the five company sources were selected
We froze the query titanium shell and tube heat exchanger manufacturer on 1 September 2026. Eligible pages were accessible company-owned sources that expressly offered the complete titanium shell-and-tube equipment and exposed a construction, material, code, range, joining or test field. Beiyu, geographies excluded by site policy, marketplaces, directories, third-party rankings, plate-exchanger pages and suppliers limited to tube or tube sheet were removed. The order is the dated discovery sequence after exclusions, not a quality ranking.
A public page can identify a likely supply route. It cannot prove the allocated lot, final schedule, inspection result or suitability of material or equipment that has not yet been produced or assigned. Those points remain dated quotation fields.
Company pages that met the rule
| Company source | Page role | Visible fields | RFQ check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Titan Innovation | Tube-and-shell titanium equipment page | Complete exchanger route and titanium equipment imagery | Return project code, arrangement, material map, tubesheet construction, joints, NDE and data book |
| Jucheng Titanium | Custom shell-and-tube page | Multiple titanium grades; fixed, U-tube and floating-head types; ranges, code labels and process sequence | Do not combine every grade/range/code; request one design basis and qualified material map |
| Lihua Non-ferrous | Custom titanium exchanger page | Straight, U-tube, kettle and coil labels; customized size; X-ray, PT, UT, PMI and helium options | Turn the test menu into a joint-specific ITP with extent, timing, criteria and records |
| Changsheng Titanium | Tubular heat-exchanger page | Gr2/Gr12 context; channel arrangements; area/pressure ranges and multiple code labels | Require the applicable code edition, calculations, nameplate and data-book scope for one unit |
| UAR Heat Exchanger | Manufacturer site with titanium product route | Titanium shell-and-tube tile plus pass, condenser and evaporator routes | Company-wide credentials do not establish the offered titanium unit; return project materials and records |
The pages use broad code lists and equipment families, but none of those lists can substitute for the project data sheet. Compare quotations only after the same fluids, thermal duty, allowable pressure drop, fouling basis, design conditions, arrangement and material boundary have been returned without exceptions.
Define the complete equipment boundary
| Decision | Choices visible in the source set | Required written return |
|---|---|---|
| Process/thermal basis | Fluids, phases, chemistry, flow, temperatures, duty, pressure drop and fouling | Calculation basis, performance responsibility and exclusions |
| Construction | Fixed tubesheet, U-tube, floating head, kettle or other TEMA arrangement | Named type, maintainability/cleaning basis and signed general arrangement |
| Material map | Titanium tubes, tubesheet, shell/cladding, channels, nozzles, gaskets and fasteners | Component-by-component grade, product standard and corrosion allowance |
| Joining | Expanded, seal-welded or strength-welded tube-to-tubesheet joint | Joint detail, procedure qualification, mock-up/pullout or leak-test requirements |
| Code/records | Project code, jurisdiction, NDE, pressure test, nameplate and data book | Edition, responsibility, ITP and final document index |
A titanium tube bundle inside a steel shell, a solid-titanium unit and a clad-tubesheet construction have different material, joining and inspection paths. The purchase order should identify the pressure-boundary material at every component and state who owns thermal and mechanical design. A list of codes on a website is not a project code commitment.
A page conflict is a verification prompt, not a finding that a company cannot supply the item. Record the page as observed, ask for a clean technical return and make the purchase order control the final material, geometry, responsibility and acceptance route.

Send one controlled RFQ
| RFQ line | Buyer input | Supplier return |
|---|---|---|
| Process data | Stream sheets, chemistry, phases, flow, temperatures, pressures and fouling | Thermal proposal with assumptions and margins |
| Mechanical basis | Code/edition, design cases, corrosion allowance, loads and site conditions | Calculations, drawing and responsibility matrix |
| Configuration | TEMA type, passes, removable/fixed elements, cleaning and drainage | General arrangement and maintenance envelope |
| Materials/joints | Component map, tube/tubesheet standards, joint type and welding requirements | Material list, WPS/PQR route and traceability |
| Inspection/data book | NDE, pressure/leak tests, PMI, hold points and certificate index | ITP, acceptance criteria and final dossier |
| Commercial | Quantity, spares, preservation, packing, required date and destination | Schedule, contract boundary, validity and exceptions |
Remove any source that cannot return the exact material, deliverable, finished geometry and acceptance evidence. Compare commercial terms only after the technical lines, responsibility boundary and document scope are aligned.
Where Beiyu fits
Beiyu is outside the five-company set. Its current shell-and-tube exchanger route asks for process fluids and chemistry, duty and pressure drop, design conditions/code, exchanger arrangement, titanium grade and full component material map, tube and tubesheet specifications, tube-to-tubesheet joint, NDE/testing, documentation, packing and destination. Final dimensions and code scope are drawing and quotation fields.
The fields in this section describe only Beiyu’s published enquiry route. They do not score the companies above and do not transfer to another company’s catalogue.

Specification detail with sources
Beiyu Titanium publishes this list and is not part of the comparison above. For readers who want the publisher’s own figures on the same basis they would ask of any supplier on this page, the material is specified to ASTM B338, and each order carries an EN 10204 type 3.1 certificate with heat and pour numbers by order scope.
Beiyu supplies seamless tube OD 5 to 325 mm with 0.5 to 12 mm wall in lengths to 12000 mm, welded tube OD 6.35 to 1219 mm with 0.5 to 25.4 mm wall in lengths to 22000 mm, and capillary OD 1 to 5 mm with 0.1 to 2 mm wall.
These are Beiyu published supply figures and inspection parameters, not limits taken from the standard; limit values belong to ASTM B338 and are confirmed against the exact edition named on the purchase order. Certification is stated as a production capability, and no stock position, delivery time or price is implied by any figure on this page.
