A titanium blower enquiry is an aerodynamic equipment purchase in a corrosion duty, not a request for a titanium casing alone. Gas composition, moisture and condensable acids decide material suitability; flow, pressure, speed and system resistance decide the fan. Five company-owned pages met the comparison rule.
How the five company sources were selected
We froze the query titanium blower manufacturer corrosion-resistant centrifugal fan on 1 September 2026. Eligible sources were company-owned fan, blower or rotor pages that expressly named titanium and exposed a construction, gas-service, flow type, drive, inspection or application field. Beiyu, geographies excluded by site policy, marketplaces, directories, third-party lists and generic titanium fabricators were removed. The sequence below records discovery after exclusions; it is not a performance ranking.
A public page can identify a likely supply route. It cannot prove the allocated lot, current schedule, final inspection result or suitability of equipment/material not yet produced or assigned. Those points remain dated quotation fields.
Company pages that met the rule
| Company source | Page role | Visible fields | RFQ check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Texel-Seikow | Titanium fan/blower page | Titanium impeller and housing for gaseous-chlorine duty; optional FRP housing and drive-arrangement context | Return gas composition, casing/impeller material map, arrangement and current performance range |
| Zhicheng Fan | MPTF corrosion fan page | Titanium-alloy casing/impeller, drive choices and published flow/pressure/temperature fields | Keep every operating number attributed; require the selected point and test basis |
| Chengyun | Titanium chemical-fan page | Grade 2/TA2 route, corrosive-gas context and centrifugal/axial/mixed/cross-flow classification | Name the actual flow type, duty gas and project material grade |
| TOMECO | Titanium rotor case page | Replacement titanium industrial rotor for an acid-regeneration fan and attributed inspection statements | A rotor case is not proof of a complete blower; return the full supply boundary |
| Yuerun Machinery | Titanium centrifugal-fan page | Company page indexed for titanium chemical anti-corrosion fan construction | Direct fetch did not complete; reconfirm product, construction and present availability |
The five pages do not expose one common certified duty point. One discusses a complete titanium blower, one a fan series, one a broad flow classification and another a replacement rotor. Quotations become comparable only after the buyer defines the same gas and system point and every company returns the same equipment boundary.
Freeze the gas duty before comparing fan hardware
| Decision | Choices visible in the source set | Required written return |
|---|---|---|
| Process gas | Dry gas, wet gas, mist, solids, halides or condensable acids | Composition, concentration range, humidity/condensation, contamination and upset case |
| Aerodynamic point | Volume flow, inlet state, static/total pressure and system resistance | Selected curve point, speed, efficiency basis, absorbed power and operating margin |
| Material map | Impeller, volute/casing, inlet cone, shaft sleeve, fasteners and liner | Grade and product form by wetted part; no silent coated-steel substitution |
| Mechanical arrangement | Direct, belt or coupling drive; bearings, seals and base | Arrangement drawing, rotation, motor interface, access and maintainability |
| Acceptance | Balance, vibration, dimensional, weld/NDE and performance checks | Method, standard, limits, witness points and signed records |
Do not select a blower from an isolated corrosion-resistance sentence. A gas that is safe while dry may behave differently after water or an acid condenses, and an impeller-only supply transfers casing, shaft, drive and performance responsibility back to the buyer. Put normal, start-up, shutdown and credible upset conditions on the same duty sheet. The performance guarantee must identify inlet density and whether pressure is static or total. The drawing must also state drain orientation, access, rotation, flange loads, flexible connections, foundation/isolator boundary and whether field balancing is included.
A page conflict is a verification prompt, not a finding that a company cannot supply the item. Preserve the observed conflict, request a clean technical return and make the purchase order control the final identity, geometry, responsibility and acceptance route.

Send one controlled RFQ
| RFQ line | Buyer input | Supplier return |
|---|---|---|
| Duty sheet | Gas species/concentration, moisture, solids, inlet temperature/pressure and upset cases | Material assumptions, excluded media and corrosion-design basis |
| Performance | Required flow, pressure definition, system curve, operating range and altitude | Fan curve, selected speed, power, efficiency, margin and test standard |
| Construction | Flow type, material map, corrosion allowance/lining and drain/cleaning needs | General arrangement, bill of material and fabrication route |
| Drive/interface | Motor supply, drive arrangement, seals, base, flanges, loads and rotation | Interface drawing, utilities, alignment and installation responsibility |
| Inspection | Balance grade, vibration, weld/NDE, dimensional and performance-test scope | ITP, methods, criteria, reports and witness/hold points |
| Commercial | Quantity, spares, documents, packing, required date and destination | Current schedule, validity, exclusions, preservation and shipping boundary |
Remove any source that cannot return the exact material, deliverable, finished geometry and acceptance evidence. Compare commercial terms only after the technical lines, responsibility boundary and document scope are aligned.
Where Beiyu fits
Beiyu is outside the five-company set. Its titanium-blower route accepts drawing- and duty-based Grade 2 or Grade 7 component and assembly enquiries. It asks for gas composition, moisture, temperature, flow, pressure, speed/drive, material map, drawing, inspection, documentation, quantity and destination before confirming a supply boundary.
The fields in this section describe only Beiyu’s published enquiry route. They do not score the companies above and do not transfer to another company’s catalogue.

Specification detail with sources
Beiyu Titanium publishes this list and is not part of the comparison above. For readers who want the publisher’s own figures on the same basis they would ask of any supplier on this page, the material is specified to ASTM B265 and ASTM B348, and each order carries an EN 10204 type 3.1 certificate with heat and pour numbers by order scope.
This item is quoted from the drawing rather than from a fixed size table, so the ordered dimensions, tolerances and acceptance criteria come from the drawing and the purchase order.
These are Beiyu published supply figures, not limits taken from the standard; limit values belong to the standards named above and are confirmed against the exact edition on the purchase order. Certification is stated as a production capability, and no stock position, delivery time or price is implied by any figure on this page.
